Absolute frauds I ordered back in November 19 and still to this date have not received a thing. I got fed a whole range of half assed excuses and when I asked for a refund they bullshted me again in may saying that it was with the postal service and it would arrive in 2-3 weeks it’s now September and still nothing. I hope no one else buys anything from this crap outfit like me and everyone else on here writing bad reviews. Company should be shut down

Complete scam! DO NOT ORDER from this organization.

Pretty Little Wish is a fraud. I hope nobody repeat my mistake again.
I made an order 1 and half months ago, but it has never been delivered and the track number they send to me is not traceable at all. The whole thing doesn't exist.
I won't give them even one start if there is an option of no start

The order was made in July 2020. Now it is Nov 2020. Nothing have changed. But now they want the website to remove my review.
I have provided documentation to Trustpilot. including the confirmation of the order, and also three shipment which didn't exist and was not able to be tracked at all. Because I cannot attached too many files in the request form, so not all the emails have been attached.

I have had the same experience as most of you. They are a total scam. Ordered covers in January and never arrived. They reckon the sent a second one in June and again nothing. False tracking numbers. They reply to my emails asking for a refund saying they are sorry and it is out of their control and totally ignore requests for a refund.

Do NOT buy from this company! Total scam. False tracking numbers. Delay tactics. Have asked for refunds several times. Keep on getting told it's at different processing places. 3 months down the track - no product. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! They should be prosecuted under the full extent of the law.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THE BANK FOR A PRODUCT I THOUGH WAS LEGIT IN MARCH. THEY PROVIDED MY BANK WITH FALSE INFORMATION SO NOW THEY AREN'T WILLING TO REFUND MY MONEY OF $130! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

I have read that several people have had bad company experiences, I am very sorry, it must be frustrating ...
But, In my experience my product took 6 weeks but it was worth the wait, the product was good according to my expectations, because I bought at a very cheap price ... If you are looking for something good, beautiful and cheap for your living room, I recommend it.

this is 100% scam ,don't buy form this company I had to call the bank royal and get my money 70$ Canadian for a Bohemian Printed Sleeveless Large Swing Long Dress ,don't let them off the hook get your money people and go after them.

I ordered couch covers in January. It’s now August and I have nothing. 1 email to tell me it’s on it’s way, somewhere in the post. Today I have threatened them with legal action. If others don’t do something, they are getting rich off our money. FB is doing nothing. I refuse to be scammed by these people.

This site is a total joke. I placed an order in January and it’s now August and still no merchandise. All they say is, “So sorry, you’re order is on its way.” They need to be shut down and sued.

Facebook allows this stuff. They let them ripe us all off and take our money for advertising. This company is a joke but enabled by Facebook. Never will I buy off them again. This company has been doing this for years and Facebook makes the money

Do not buy from this company. They will charge your card and you won't receive anything. They are crooks and I don't want to see anyone else be scammed.

I am pretty much going to say exactly what everyone else is saying I wish that I read all these before I ordered my own items! This website is a scam they don’t have a number you can call all the emails are automated they don’t even actually read your emails I still haven’t got my items and it’s been months and they will not give me a refund it’s been a nightmare. Don’t EVER order anything from this website no matter how cute you think it looks this websites fraudulent.

This company is a scam. Ordered in January and have not received anything. Have demanded a refund and still nothing. Stay well away from them.

Ordered sofa covers 22nd Jan, it's now 1st July and no covers. Despite complaints all i get is placatory replies. I am now trying to recover my payment through my credit card company. I would not give them even 1 star.

Rated 0. Ordered in early April 20, Not received the sofa cover yet. Always excuses and sending a link to a courier parcel id which do not work. have requested refund but no response. I want my $200 back how do I get it .

Nobody order through these people

I would not order anything from this company i ordered and paid in January and they claim its Because of COVID19 that i havent received my package yet but in January covid wasnt even around. The communication is terrible ive asked for a refund 3 times and they just write back that the package is on its way and completely ignore the refund i am wanting. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. $140 DOWN THE DRAIN.... DONT BUT WITH THEM...
