Very pragmatic, easy to work with and great price!
Pawan was easy to work with from the start. He was very pragmatic to find a solution to my complex installation.
Price was also very reasonable when compared to other installers. I would definitely recommend Pretium to anyone looking to install an EV charger!

Could not fault the service we had
Could not fault the service we had. Ordered charger Monday was received next day then fitted Friday with no problems. Had follow up phone call to make sure I was completely happy which I was. Don’t hesitate to use this company. 5*

Pawan was very friendly and helpful
Pawan was very friendly and helpful. He advised politely on every query i had and sorted the charger with installation very quickly.
Nathan, who came to fit the charger went above and beyond and fixed the charger absolute brilliantly.
5 star to both is not enough.

Had a system installed by Pretium . Everyone was very professional and the system has exceeded my expectations drastically reducing my bills significantly glad I went for 2 batteries as well .

Pawan and Nathan have been extremely professional.
Both in terms of communication (always replying and answering technical questions) and in terms of service.

Couldn't ask for a better service
My experience with Pretium has been excellent from start to finish. From the first call, advice about products was offered and a quick installation date was made available. On the installation day, the installer encountered a few problems but came up with a solution each time and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed and safe. Following installation, Pretium has continued to offer support and as a new customer to electric car world, this has been invaluable. I would not hesitate in recommending Pretium to friends and family.

Very poor Aftersales help.
Due to change of car didn’t use the charger now back to full EV and found it’s not working/connecting have contacted them but no help just diverted to installation guide still no further on also discovered the plastic surround is cracked can only assume happened during fitting. When I asked about this I was told it’s nine months since installed so tough. Aftersales help is non existent. Very disappointed in this company.

Dear Readers, this is such an unfair and hurtful review. The customer in this case is Noel Hamilton, an employee of Charles Hurst Group in Northern Ireland, who was supplied wallbox pulsar plus and installed by us on 15th March 2022. Since the product turned out faulty, this product was replaced on 4th April 2022. Noel Hamilton was so satisfied that he rated 5 star on trustpilot for RightCharge. RightCharge is an independent platform via which the customer reached out to us. Fast forward, 3rd Dec 2022 the customer reached out to us on Saturday that if we could advise he was not able to charge his car. We provided him with Wallbox support link to get the help. This response to him was within minutes he contacted even if it was weekend. Now on boxing day, the customer contacted us that there is a crack on their wallbox which in their words must have happened during the install (which was on 4th April 2022). Despite boxing day, the customer was responded that its not reasonable to conclude that a crack is only noticed after 9 months of the install so they should contact manufacturer in case it is covered within warranty support. The customer has found this response unhelpful and chose to use Trustpilot as a way to leave us with this feedback and rating.
We remain unflinchingly committed to customer service.
