New to auctions
As this was my first experience with an auction it was helpful and fun 'talking' to Nicola on email. She didn't push me to make a decision but helped me through each step, repeating when necessary, but left me to make my own decisions. The experience was fun and exciting when the actual auction was on line and I received a text when a new bid was made on my items!

Above & Betond…..
Now not every site is equal….
Prestige stands out to me as they care about the sellers - but they also value the buyers. It’s not as clear cut with many auctions. I have sold and bought with prestige - quality is not always appreciated until you have to deal with corporate carp…..you won’t find that particular problem here. 🤓👍

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review but I am most disappointed this is just 1*. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with our latest auction and were not able to place a bid.
We have set bidding increments so if your new bid was not equal to or above the next set amount, it would not be accepted and this may be the reason for your issue.
Our LiveChat service is in operation and emails are monitored closely when auctions end so customers can reach us should any problem arise. We would have been happy to help with this at the time of issue as opposed to receiving a bad review as we take great pride in our service and company.
