We don't think it's fair to criticise the mattress for being too deep. You would have seen this when trying it in store. A solution would be putting the mattress on a lower base would bring the height down for you.

I am disappointed with this mattress as thought I was waking up stiff due to age but after staying in 2 different places recently found I woke up fine with no aches! Have just bought a mattress topper to try and help
Svar fra Prestige Beds
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your mattress. It's likely the case that it is either too firm or too soft for you, being a comfort issue rather than an issue with the mattress itself. It can take up to six weeks in some cases to get used to a new mattress, but if you believe there to be a fault please email customerservice@prestigebes.co.uk with your full name and address and we will arrange for an inspection.
