My first order of Prestat chocolates will definitely not be my last one. Currently looking through the varieties available to decide what to order next time.

Delivery takes too long. The mystery box consists of the coll3ction that doesn't sell. Wasn't tasting good

Everything about this Prestat order was excellent. Despite the fact that I initially found that my Valentine's gift box was destined to be sent to myself instead of my intended recipient and so I contacted Prestat's customer support team to ask them to change the delivery address which they did without any fuss whatsoever. They kindly despatched my gift to the corrected address and it reached the intended destination in plenty of time for Valentine's Day. Apparently it was very well received - so I'm in the good books! Well done Prestat... I'll be back (o:

日本の2月のイベント、バレンタインに合わせて、大好きなチョコレートを購入しました。日本には直営店がなくなってしまいとても残念ですが、こうやってネットを使って注文、購入、手に入れることができてとても嬉しいです。早速食べてみましたが、期待通りの味に大満足です。芳醇なカカオの香り、ほどよい口溶け。どれも素晴らしいです。いつかイギリスの本店に行ってみたいです。

Chocolate is as ever of great quality.
However, the jewel boxes, had some odd flavour combinations in the Christmas iteration. Looking forward to the usual selection on my next purchase.

I was happy to get chocolate. Six boxes were ordered, but all the thin chocolates were broken. I was little sad .

Amazing. Point to note, when ordering for delivery to Europe can be complicated, due to customs needing details provided to courier, maybe Prestat can look into this. We are new and loyal customer going forward, even with these difficulties. Thanks to King Charles for making us aware.

Great taste and a fantastic presentation.

Part of my order didn’t arrive but this was soon corrected. Prestat make delicious chocolates with beautiful packaging which makes a lovely present - as I eventually received all my order I am very happy!

It was a gift, that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed!

Ordering, delivery, quality, everything great

Thought I was buying a bigger size of chocolates not a tree decoration.

Without a doubt the best chocolates on the market! All absolutely delicious.

Had a beautiful Prestat advent calender a few years back, but this is not available anymore, so was able to make my own version with all my favourite flavours.

Delicious chocolates - the very best. Prompt service. Delightful packaging.

Great products, quick delivery

Nice things come in small packages, and the chocolates deliver on presentation, however, given the premium price, I couldn't help but feel the chocolates didn't quite offer value for money.

Unfortunately, only half the order arrived initially, though customer service acted promptly to correct this once I reached out. While they offered a discount on my next order as compensation, I would have preferred additional chocolates as a more fitting gesture.
Overall, a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to value and service recovery.
