Pre Preworks is an independent womenswear studio founded in 2023 by designers with over a decade of industry experience. We design clothes that prepare, not perform—pieces that feel calm on the body and precise in cut. Our focus is fabric first, fit always: soft wools and brushed knits, refined cottons and viscose, and considered alternatives such as plant-based “vegan leather” where appropriate. Every fabric we use is tested across multiple trials to balance softness, breathability, and structure. Patterns are refined through fittings so garments move with you and last beyond seasons. We keep production in small, thoughtful runs with partners operating under SMETA/BSCI social-compliance standards. Packaging is FSC-certified, and whenever possible we select organic materials—progress made step by step. Service matters as much as craft. Orders ship with tracking, and our team is here to help with sizing and care so you feel confident before you buy and after you receive your item. Scam! Do not purchase their items. The company offers items and sizes they don’t have in stock then, offers an alternative if you make an additional payment for a replacement. They refuse refunds.
Very poor service, I would have given 0 rating. Their return policy is a way to extract money. After spending nearly £50 for postage & customs for returns I was told the item is not available and we will not receive the item, I have lost that money without anything to show for. Will never shop from this company ever again
We ordered a coat for my daughter’s Christmas present. The sizing was too big and the quality mediocre. We started the return process which was made as difficult as possible and with £30 to return to China, £30 deducted and £41 “import” taxes for returning an item to the seller we are left with £79. Avoid this dreadful company
Mina gave exceptional customer service! She was sweet, professional, patient, and understanding. I ordered the Halo Double-Faced Wool Coat with scarf in charcoal grey. She was so helpful with any concerns I had about the coat in terms of sizing, the level of warmth, and how to carefully cut open the pockets. I felt like she really wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I ordered the size medium instead of the small. The description says the model is wearing a size medium and I really liked how it fit her in the photos. We have the same height but I wasn’t sure about the body measurements since it’s not listed. However when I tried it on, it looked more baggier on me than it did on her, from the torso area all the way down to the end of the coat. It looked more fitted on the model which is how I was hoping it would look on me, but unfortunately it didn’t.
When I asked Mina if it was possible to exchange it for a small, she gave me two options to choose from:
1. I can exchange it but I would have to pay for the return shipping.
2. I can keep the coat and get a 15% partial refund.
I went with option 2 to avoid the hassle/cost of returning it. Also the coat is beautiful. It arrived 11 days after I placed my order and the package was intact. It’s very soft, not itchy at all, feels durable, and smells nice lol. The color looks exactly as advertised. This is my first wool coat I own but I can tell the cutting is precise and even. I think the quality is also great for the price I paid.

Absolute scam. No contact after submitting order. No responses. They actively delete my comments from their social media asking for help or pointing out their flaws. No indication that this product ever even existed. Nothing to show for my order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TO NOT SEND MONEY
Don’t buy from here. Their return policy is a scam. They want to deduct 70% of the total amount as return costs.
The quality of the product is terrible, and the sizes are incorrect
The products seams to be of a good quality but still overpriced , the sizes are not accurate - it's smaller. I wear small US and at Prepreworks it will be Large. I ordered corduroy pants, it was too small for me, I wanted de return them and take a larger size - but it is literally impossible even if on their site they speaks about 14-days return.
The goods must be returned in China - the cost is prohibitive and represents almost the cost of trousers (ex, price of the trousers - 230$ TTC and the return cost is 180$ from Canada to China).
For the price the client pay for their goods, the free return will be logical. They offer 30% and to keep the pants that does not suit you! Ridiculous ! So I wanted to exchange the pants for a larger item - but I can't - I would pay twice for the same pant. They have an office in United States, but they don't accept the return there. They don't want to find solution, just to get money.
It's really annoying experience , I will never buy again from this company.
