I am dissatisfied with the reseller Premiumkey. The order has been paid according to the instructions. Now 15 days have passed and the product has not yet been received. There has been no response to multiple complaints. After 13 days, I received a reply: "Bank transfer usually takes 2-3 days. Please keep patience."

Ordered a premium key, paid using crypto. On their order status page it says payment received, but still no key (status pending)! Reached out to them, no response. I'll open a dispute. Scammers, avoid at all cost! After opening a disputee the emailed me the code so I'm changing my rating to 3 stars.

They have terrible communication and it takes over an hour to receive the code that you order but you actually receive it so I guess it's all good in the end. If they were faster or actually communicated then they would for sure be higher rated.

I did not recieve a key. Mailed support and they actually ansvered with some totally unrelated question. After that no more reply. Avoid if you don't want to be scammed.

First, they wrote that they can not immediately deliver the key and that I'm supposed to wait but that I can immediately request a refund. So I did. Then, they quickly responded and claimed that they had a key available but I insisted on the offered refund. No response for over a week now. No refund.

There are some bad reviews about this site. I used to worry about this too, but the website works fine.
I bought rapidgator premium key here, premium key delivered immediately. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

I decided to write a review on this site because after reading the previous reviews, I thought that I might be deceived.

As I wrote, my purchase went well.
After the purchase, I saw in the mail that I was given a discount coupon for my next purchase.

The site is good, I am satisfied.

The code which was supposed to be sent in max 3 hours, has never received.

I did not make any payments, but they charged my PayPal account anyway. I do not know how. They were very quick to email asking to close the PayPal dispute, though. Beware using their website, they are shady and may take your money without your knowledge.

never received a code. Opened a Paypal-dispute. After that they e-mailed me to say they have delivered the key with a message saying: "Request to close the dispute immediately." Still no key though. Absurd!

Looks kinnda shady, decided to give it a go. Bought a 30 day key for rapidgator. After 20 minutes I saw I could reach out to them on facebook messenger, I got an automated response giving me the same tool they have on their webpage to track my order, so no success there. I then resorted to email them and hope for the best. 5 minutes later, I received my confirmation key via email. Even though it worked, I'm not sure I'd do this again.

I was skeptical when I read some bad reviews.
However, premiumkeystore.com is a perfect service, I bought rapidgator 180 days of payment via paypal and they delivered the coupon immediately.

Never received order. Please don't waist your time or money on these scammers.

I placed an order 5/30/20 . Buy 3 get 2 free. They took $200 for that and another $35 for something I never even ordered from my account. Still haven't received any products.. Refused to give me my money back and hung the phone up on me while I was speaking to them about it.
What a bunch of crap. They should be shut down.

I have not received my order after two weeks. phone number is not active and my emails are not being returned.
