Excellent and efficient service, always trying to help and even source products they don't carry. Delivery is usually on the day, if the order made early.

Quick and quality service.
Have ordered soup bases for hotpot twice now, and delivery was prompt (less than 48 hours after ordering, and I ordered on a Saturday, so very impressed). They also wrote a nice note thanking me for using their service. Was very impressed.

Great service and products, was delivered almost immediately and was genuinely surprised at how affordable everything was in the store given the boutique nature of the grocery items!

Brilliant Service!
Brilliant! Extremely fast delivery. Received the goods next day. Communication was good with a delivery confirmation SMS and even a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. Will absolutely be ordering from Premium Co again.
