It was a wonderful experience with them, I bought a couple of product and their constant support has been wonderful

I purchased Bolt New for 2700 . So far Im using services from past 6 months no issues at all.

Whatever yearly subscription you'll buy it'll only work for 3 months that too with lots of frustration and long gaps of reply to provide every few days. Some times of they provide monthly subscription and if it gets locked they not provide replacement for the whole month. So even in 3 months changes are you'll get access for around half of time. I paid around ₹1500 and bought few orders one after other even my first offer subscription was working but when problem starts arising then you'll realise they're cheaters. They'll trouble you a lot, sometimes it's understandable other times it's just greed. Not providing replacement for sometime or immediately after providing the offer just to save money for few days. So the reviews are mostly fake or given initially when you buy and get the subscription but you'll later find support is pathetic. They'll not reply for days, one of my order of ₹900 want fulfilled for could of weeks and after few days it'll expire. I hardly got it working for half of the warranty period.

There ask for yearly subscription price but then only provide monthly subscription and then stop renewing after warranty gets expired which is just 3 months. So if you pay for yearly subscription it'll only work for 3 months. They're pathetic cheaters.

I purchased order #122264 on 02/09/2025, which was advertised with 1-year account validity. After only around 4 months, the account stopped working.

When I contacted support, I was told the product is “out of warranty” because the website mentions a 3-month replacement warranty. This was never clearly explained at purchase in a way that would make a customer expect the service itself to stop working after 3 months, despite being sold as a 1-year validity subscription.

Support response was dismissive and focused only on fine print instead of resolving the issue. No replacement or fix was offered, even though the advertised validity period has not ended.

This feels intentionally misleading. “1 year validity” suggests the account should function for one year, not just be covered for three months and then abandoned.

I would not recommend this service.

Don't give them any money. Their after-sales service is ridiculous. They reply once a day. It takes a week for your problem to get a proper solution…a solution that doesn't work…what more can I say except: Run away!

I bought a yearly Netflix subscription from Premium At Cheap, but it stopped working after one week. They gave me another account after several days, and that also stopped within a week. Since then, support has stopped responding. It appears they sell the same subscription to multiple people and delay responses until customers give up. Not a legitimate service — avoid.
