It took me to email to get a confirmation and invoice. Then had a further wait for long delivery but it’s stated 48hr recorded delivery!

Knowledgable, friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had about the product. We couldn’t fault the service. They also sell some lovely kitchens!

Everyone I have in contact with in Premium Appliances in Southampton, UK had been excellent. The cooker hood and extractor was delivered on time with no problems. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. The person who delivered the products was also very friendly and arrived on time. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a recirculation kit for a new Bosch extractor over my hob. After I initially ordered the wrong item, Premium Appliances went over and above to find and source the right one and ended up giving me the first item (which was a spare filter). They kept me informed and were helpful all through a lengthy process. Great service.

I really like this very nice and stylish appliance. Since both gas and induction are combined in one appliance, you can choose which one to use. Very easy to operate. I am very pleased with this hob.

I had been researching Neff Ovens which were on back order everywhere. Harry was extremely helpful and up front about delivery dates whereas some other suppliers were giving false dates. Once item was received in their stock they were delivered to us straight away .
