Do not order if your in a rush for sign writing
Website states design process usually within 24 hours up to 48 this taken 5 working days to finally receive, once approve I am still awaiting delivery. I have requested updates and been told will be ready this afternoon (the design) the. Was ready the evening of the next day. I placed order on the 15th march. Today is the 3rd of march and the songwriting still not arrived. With no updates from them. I paid extra for faster delivery which is tracked it’s apparently dispatched with no tracking information. I am very displeased with how slow a process this has been with little confidence left in the service.

the order was finally received and i was appalled with the quality. lines throughout the print which im not sure how they missed during "quality checks" and the material is the thinnest decals i have ever experienced.

Whether good or bad we would like to follow up on your concerns and will email you directly.
Any orders made on our webiste, we do try to provide custom designs within 24 hours however during busy periods this can take longer, and in this case we did take longer than we'd like too.
Once a design has been approved, we then aim to complete custom orders within 7 working days which is also stated on our website.
I can see we provided the designs on the 22nd and you approved the artwork on the 22nd so with the 2 bank holidays taken into account then tomorrow (4th) would be the time frame we aim to complete the order ready for shipping which we have achieved.
Usually with any delays with the design process we try and reduce the production time but unfortunately we have been at full capacity on the run up to the easter bank holiday.
Once again apologies for the initial delay with the design previews and please be assured we are committed to providing the best service we possibly can.
Response to the update:
For this product we use a HIGH QUALITY Cast Vinyl.
Thickness of the material does not dictate the quality. Cast vinyl is a softer, more supple material due to its manufacturing process so that it will conform to more complex curves and recesses on the vehicle bodywork.

From start to finish hands down one of the best companies to have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Communication, design and timescales were all 10/10 and cannot recommended highly enough, Shane could not have been more helpful throughout the process.
Quality is amazing and the price for the service provided is true value for money.
