Some cool pieces
The products are cool and some very unique. The only kicker for me is that in Canada they are tacking on 15% taxes at the border. So it greatly increases the price to buy stuff from the states now . Which sucks and makes me less likely to buy freely as unused too.

I ordered a signed Lord of the Rings poster that was poorly packaged (HOPE PRE-ORDERED ITEM MAKES IT SAFE!)
I am a new customer and I ordered a signed Lord of the Rings poster that was delivered to me severely damaged. The poster was only protected by a cardboard envelope which was smashed by (FedEx during transit, nothing new there). It appears that Premier Collectibles is more concerned with saving money on packaging than making a trusting reputation for itself by packing our investments with some protection!
The only way to reach out to them is by email and they do not get right back to you! I felt that if I did not keep up with emailing them, they would either forget about me, or I wouldn't get my money back, I spent over $300! After 2 months, I finally got my money back which is why I am giving 2 stars. They didn't rob me like I thought they were going to, so there is hope. The question is, since they are in the business of selling expensive, rare items, do I take the risk of using them again knowing the item may be packaged poorly and destroyed in shipping?
Prior to buying the Lord of the Rings poster, I pre-ordered a signed book by (Alice Cooper) that is NOT out yet. I ordered the most expensive one, 1 out of 999! It officially releases in October and I hope I get my book still and safely packed!!!! I AM REALLY EXCITED to get this book, and I don't want to have to go through the process of getting my money back again because they don't want to package our items with protection!!!! I want to support this company, so if my book makes it to my door step later this year without damage, I will send a better review!
PLEASE GET MY ALICE COOPER BOOK TO ME SAFE WHEN IT COMES OUT!

Jill Biden’s memoir
Delivery took longer than expected. I was beginning to think that the book would never arrive and was very relieved when it finally did. The signed book arrived perfectly intact with an authenticity certificate. I did not expect Jill’s signature to be on a label with her photo but I actually like it. As a Delaware native, I am very happy to have a signed copy of Jill’s memoir, and look forward to getting a copy of Joe’s whenever it comes out. 💙

I wanted to cancel as order was expensive and it also had duty on it. That should be upfront every single time. I paid way too much for one poster . Will not order from here again.

The experience is always great. Shipping always prompt when stock. Signatures usually spot on with examples provided. However disappointed with my most recent purchase, specifically signature itself. Especially since it was an exclusive premier event.

I disliked the fact that I had to wait two weeks after the release date. Way too long!
I disliked the fact that I did not receive my book until two weeks after the release date. Do not understand why it has to take so long when it is pre-ordered and should ship out when it is released.

No signed book stickers on cover
While the product and service were okay there is one thing that I can't look past.
I have recently ordered three books that were signed.
When they arrived they all had a signed book sticker on the cover.
I am not sure why they began doing this.
I sent the books back because I ordered them way before they were signed.
I will no longer buy from this company.
