Able to buy over the phone.

What a fantastic shop! We had brilliant service from Rachel at the Kings Mill shop, who answered all my questions - even on her day off - and nothing was too much trouble. She also spotted an error on the order and corrected it for me. We purchased both a mobility scooter and an electric adjustable bed with mattresses. I had looked at beds from some other mobility shops before, and they seemed cheap and nasty in comparison. The beds from Premier Community are very good quality and well-finished, so it looks beautiful in our bedroom. Their prices are very competitive and better than most, but with the advantage of being able to go and see things and try them out before buying.
Everything was delivered, assembled for us and demonstrated (all included in the price!) so I didn’t have to worry about instruction books and assembly manuals that never make any sense. Ben and Andy even moved the old bed for me! After-sales service has been excellent and everyone goes above and beyond. They include a month of free insurance with the mobility scooter too, with no obligation to take out a policy if you don’t need it.
A big thank you to Rachel and the rest of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

How helpful and carding the assistant was, at the point of sale.

I first discovered Premier Community two years ago when visiting a friend in King's Mill Hospital. Since then they have kindly and patiently found my painful and swollen feet six pairs of shoes that have made walking a pleasure again. There is always a warm welcome with a friendly atmosphere.
They do sell a wide range of aids from tipping kettles to wheelchairs, and walkers.
If something isn't in stock they will do their utmost to find it for you.
A useful service they provide is the hire of wheelchairs and motorised scooters.
As you would expect, the access is level.
I must mention parking! Situated within King's Mill Hospital it shares on site parking and it gets extremely busy from early on.

Kate at the King's Mill branch is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. If she doesn't know the answer she finds out while you wait making it an exceptional experience. But would like to thank the whole team at premature Community for all their help

Maureen in the Sheffield branch has been fantastic helping us choose slippers for my elderly mum in law who has very swollen legs and feet. She has been patient and kind while we have tried a range of styles going back and forth as my mum in law can’t get to the shop and is very particular! We finally found the right pair in a Cinderella moment and mum in law loves them as they are warm and cosy and super comfy for her. Excellent service thank you
