Premier Education is loved by families all over the UK; in 2018 we worked with 2,500 schools and 240,000 children. We deliver our sports, arts and wellbeing courses before, after and during school hours. All our coaches are experienced, friendly and highly trained to deliver fun, engaging sessions from start to finish.

A sad decline in standards
I’m so sad to write this review as we have used Premier Education for a number of years but this year has been a real disappointment. We pay for an 8am start and not once were they open on time. The staff were very disorganised, no sign in sheets and on two occasions there was only one staff member in attendance at the start of the day who , as it turns out, happens be a young apprentice. Children said it was boring, not enough activities and were just left to play all day. Not once were we (or any family members) asked for a password on collection either (my parents picked my daughter up one day and I would have expected them to need the password at least). Considering the prices that are charged it truly is unacceptable and I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Staff Conduct
Staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Our young person was always cheerful and happy when I collected him at the end of the day.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her club…
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her club at St Catherine’s. She particularly likes her teachers Sofia and Cat. While she doesn’t always enjoy clubs, she’s recently really enjoyed this one.

Brilliant team
Super easy booking experience with slots available that suit our working schedule. The team are SO good. Our daughter can be really shy but she absolutely loves going to Premier Ed sessions and only has glowing feedback for the staff.

The girls love it but
The girls love it, but they do mention that there isn’t really much of a schedule, and they’re generally free to choose what they want to do — whether that’s colouring, watching a movie or going on the scooters.
I think having a bit more structure, including some organised team sports and activities, would be a nice addition.
It would be nice to see female staff, especially as there are quite a few young girls attending. I think having female staff members would be really beneficial for them.

Sami has enjoyed spending his time…
Sami has enjoyed spending his time during the summer camp. Although it was long full day , he had enjoyed the multi activities provided there. Never get bored. The staff was extremely welcoming, caring and helpful.
I highly recommend it and would definitely retry this experience again.
