Premier Education is loved by families all over the UK; in 2018 we worked with 2,500 schools and 240,000 children. We deliver our sports, arts and wellbeing courses before, after and during school hours. Breakfast club
Breakfast club! Why is the price so high now? It was £2.50 a day which was affordable for a few days but now it’s £5 and £1.25 booking fee, are you having a laugh? Absolutely disgusting price! £125 for a month if one child attended everyday! Just dreadful for parents now. I won’t be using unless desperate! How are parents supposed to work when having to pay this! Not happy!

Kids enjoyed the day, said there was gd variation of activities and groups not too big.
Ideal for us during ths holidays as they go to Grove anyway.

Son loved his time at the holiday club
Son loved his time at the holiday club, he often spoke about how nice/ kind the coaches were. He was always welcomed into the club with a happy and cheerful hello. Very happy boy = very happy mum! He is already looking forward to the next half term’s club

Staff were great, my child loved it, but need a doorbell!!
Staff were great, activities were great, my child absolutely loved it. However no access to doorbell, needing to ring a number for a person in a different place who would then contact the staff members. With them being busy with the kids having fun and not looking at their phone this left me waiting for my child for over 30 minutes outside (not the staff on sites fault I’m happy their attention was on the activities and not their phone)
If this was rectified in the future with a doorbell then 5 stars.

Disappointing
My children were excited to attend the club as they’ve enjoyed Premier Sports activities at their school and rate them and the staff highly. When we arrived for our golden ticket day, the boys were really happy with the programme of activities for the day, which we were told included dodgeball, cricket and football. Sadly, they didn’t do any of them except for playing football at break time with their friends. They then spent the afternoon colouring in with blunt pencils while the coaches made squishies. The children would have preferred to have played sports or make squishies and felt the staff had way more fun than they did. My youngest son fell over as he was leaving and hurt his hands and he said that one coach just told him to get up. He was quite upset as he’s only 6-years-old. They both said they’d have preferred to have stayed at home. This is such a shame as the club had promised so much and the staff member on the door was engaging and welcoming. I had hoped to have found a summer club for the future, but we won’t be booking again.

We understand how disappointing this must have been for your children, who were looking forward to a day of sports.
We are also very concerned to learn about your youngest son's fall and the unhelpful response he received from a coach. This is certainly not the standard of care and empathy we expect from our staff, especially with young children.
We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We are taking your comments very seriously and will be reviewing the program delivery and staff conduct to ensure such incidents are not repeated. We are committed to providing engaging and supportive experiences for all children, and it is clear we fell short on this occasion. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our services.
The team at St Mary’s are great
The team at St Mary’s are great - well organised and fun for the kids of all ages. The booking system is what lets it down, as it never lets me book siblings on the same booking so I don’t get the discount, and therefore end up with two bills

Overall good experience
The staff were lovely and friendly and I felt reassured my child would be safe in their hands. Activities were well thought out and my child loved taking part. Only concern would be, with the high temperatures we were having the children and staff were quite confined to a small space, they had an outside space which was nice however they all came out red faced, sweating and desperate for a cold drink. The booking process was easy and communication was good, wouldn't hesitate to book my child in again in the future.

My child had a fantastic experience at the summer camp. The staff were very friendly, caring and welcoming, which made my child feel comfortable and happy. There was a great variety of activities, and my child came home excited to tell us about the day.
The team did a great job keeping the children engaged, active and entertained in a safe and positive environment. We really appreciated the organization, friendly staff and the effort they put into making the camp enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to use it again.

My daughters favourite holiday club
The staff were great, there were lots of different activities with times for being active and times for being calmer. A good balance of indoors and outdoors. A smaller group which I think my daughter preferred. She said it’s the best holiday club she’d been to!

My son's first time attending summer holiday club
My son loved going to the summer holiday club. He was initially a little anxious as it was his first time but the staff made him feel comfortable straight away. He loved the wide range of activities available and can't wait to go back!
