1st time buying from pre loved bracelet spot on but unfortunately royal mail decided to detour my package so arrived 4 days later than expected.

Used this site often. Most purchases arrive in good time and are as described. BUT a significant number of items arrived damaged or were more worn than the photos posted. Some were refunded when asked, but with no apology, just money back in the bank. A couple of times the wrong item was sent. The last time this happened I emailed to explain politely how disappointing it was to receive the wrong item - again. The response was curt bordering on rude. However I was told that the correct item would be sent. Which I was really happy about. The item did not arrive and, without communication, I received a refund. This seller is too hit and miss, which is a shame because some of the items on her site are great and well priced. I will not purchase again. It is so disappointing to look forward to receiving something and to then be let down with bad communication and incorrect poor quality items.

The whole experience from order to delivery was perfect. Arrived on time, well packaged and best of all I am over the moon with my purchase. I will definitely buy from this site again and will be recommending to others.

I was trying to sell her for 2 bracelets 4 charms 2 muranos and a saftey chain she left me an offer of £50 which is considerably low knowing i paid £355+ for everything bracelets being £55 each and charms muranos and saftey chain being £35 each even though the offer was really low knowing the items were pristine I declined her offer I did end up selling it with alishas pandora boutique where i got an offer of £120 which was alot better

I have had a very hit and miss experience from this seller since I stated buying from here in early 2022. To be honest I have had mostly good experiences and have spent a small fortune here but when something goes wrong or a mistake has been made it’s a huge issue on the sellers part.

-My first negative experience was when the postman posted my order elsewhere, Royal Mail admitted liability and said that the seller needed to issue a refund and claim through Royal Mail which she never did even though Royal Mail promised to refund the seller. That was a huge order and lots of money lost on my part.
-Second was when the wrong size bracelet was sent out and I had to keep chasing up when I was going to be refunded or sent the correct order it took two months for the correct size to be sent even though the correct size kept coming back into stock- no postage refunded either as promised.
-Third issue was another wrong item sent was promised a full refund including return postage which again never happened even though the proof of return claimed item was delivered and it was put back up for sale but the seller claiming it was never returned this has been ongoing since September 22- I’m still waiting it’s been 4 months so far…
-Fourth and final straw was a bracelet brought for a Xmas present looked to be in lovely condition I boxed it wrapped it up for gift and as soon as the clip was undone it broke to pieces. - maybe my fault for not take the screw ends off the bangle to see before gifting but items shouldn’t be sold damaged. The sellers policy is 14 day return so I’ve no chance of this issue being sorted. Not that she has ever sorted an issue out.

There have been a few minor issues like unbranded bracelet sent when it wasn’t listed as unbranded- but wasn’t listed as Pandora either so again could be my mistake. A clasp came off a leather bracelet when it was opened but I repaired myself. Item sent but wasn’t in the condition it was listed as- but I let these things go as there are usually great sales.
But there are just too many issues now to let things slide and it’s at my expense.

Like I mentioned all is great unless there is an issue. The seller has no people skills when it comes to dealing with arising issues and is very rude and blunt when emailing or messaging.

My custom has now been lost and I have been spending a couple of hundred pounds a month here as I am a huge collector of Pandora but I’ve also lost a lot of money with issues on the sellers part.

I've bought from here a few times - the charms are always in great condition and arrive promptly. My go-to place if I'm looking for Pandora items for my collection!

So Happy I found this lady. After clearing out my jewellery box and taking photos of all my pandora/Thomas sabo and Tiffany items I no longer wear I sent them on to this company…within afew hours I received an offer for £750 which I couldn’t believe for items I didn’t even want anymore. I posted them off and as promised the day she received my items £750 was in my account. I was sceptical when sending but can honestly say this woman is very trustworthy. No haggling or messing around.

I’ve bought a lot from from the site all perfect condition and with fast delivery, great communication with the lady ,also sold some to her as well, Love it .

As a seller this is an awful place to sell your charms. You agree on a ‘price’ which is already low for what they are worth. Understandably this price can change due to the condition of items when they receive. I sent more items than originally planned and all my items were in great condition, else I wouldn’t have sold them. I received less for them than agreed for fewer items but was not contacted before hand to explain why and if I wanted to proceed. Awful.

Byer beware. Customer service appalling and unable to send back a faulty charm. Would advise paying the extra and getting items from Pandora.

I’ve brought loads from PPB never had a problem, prompt delivery, only once waited 3 weeks but that was due to Covid 🙄 . Lovely honest lady , good prices and always a discount code . Great little business x
