The latest VOLVO 44.85 software update has made my 123X redundant, as its no longer cover the V60 Cross country ( 2015-2018), This issue also covers for the standard variant of the V60 ( 2015-2018). Spoke to Launch U.K. down south, knocking head against brick wall. Now e-mail manufacturer in China regarding issue

Overall experiences were acceptable even though in the onboarding I was told and understood that there will be someone guiding me through Meta and IG. When campaign was launched, I was kind of unsure whether Prelaunch's team would help in answering or else. I had to go through 5 different people because each one was responsible for their respective area of expertise. Would have wished there could be some internal communications so I didn't have to repeat many elements and correct them 4-5 times simply to ensure they fully understand my needs and ideas. The response time was somewhat slow. Would have wished they adjusted the campaign earlier instead of simply waiting for almost running out of budget to do it. Not sure whether the outcome would truly reflect the actual outcome. Time will tell.

Put a pre-launch deposit down on the Fuell Fllow E-Motorcycle and have not been able to get my deposit back even though the bike is nowhere close to being available for launch. It seems that prelaunch consider launch as the start of the funding cycle to keep the project afloat. No one has any idea when the bike will officially start production which in my mind means that it hasn't launched yet. Not sure how consumers could have any faith in an organisation that runs this way. I've reached out to prelaunch and they have just ignored me, not even bothered to come back to me with an answer to my query. Seems like a bit of a scam to me.
