I bought Alflorex Original this week and I have noticed a difference almost immediately, I am now no longer constipated, it is early days but I am impressed so far.
They are very small capsules and very easy to take, I would recommend anyone with gut issues to give them a try.
Delivery service was very quick 10/10

They delivered a small pill bottle in a box big enough to fit 100 of them in. I contacted them to feed this back. A small padded envelope would have been fine. They told me it was to protect the product. Its a solid firm plastic bottle. The box and shipping of air is so wasteful and they didn't even take the feedback.

I previously fed back that it was cheaper to buy their products from American owned amazon that direct from them and their factory. They told me it would stay like that. Really puts me off wanting to support a uk business.

I had a subscription for the alflorex which I forgot to cancel. I contacted them immediately to stop the order but they said I couldn't. So as soon as the item arrived I sent it recorded delivery to their returns address, it has now been over two weeks and they are saying it has not been delivered I have proof of the delivery which I have sent them and I keep getting the same email responses. So if you don't want to be robbed I wouldn't buy from them. I also wanted to cancel the product as I didn't find it did anything.

Regrettably my experience with this particular brand has been rather disappointing. After only three days of using the Alflorex Dual 90-day trial pack, I developed a sensitivity reaction in my stomach, throat and nose. Upon discontinuing the capsules, the reaction subsided. I promptly reported this issue to the customer service team. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory, stating that the product contains no ingredients known to cause such a reaction and that it can take a while for the body to adjust. It was suggested that i consult a healthcare professional. Consequently, I am now left with three bottles of capsules that I am unable to use. I work for a skin care brand and we would refund or exchange a product without question. Sadly this brand has a different policy.

I've been using Alflorex for around 8 years but recently my local store stopped stocking it. Coming direct to the PrecisionBiotics website not only saves me money but the service and speed of delivery is great!.

I use Alflorex for my ibs. It has really made a difference and I also seem to feel a little happier everyday

I wanted to buy one month's supply of Alflorex and paid the cost. I was shocked to receive a message about my subscribing. I didn't intend to sign up to a subscription, if in fact I did so. I want to buy Alflorex monthly and now I will probably buy from another supplier.
