Dominque made my problem her problem and had a back up plan of how to resolve it if the first plan did not work.....this is exactly what you need on the end of the phone, I could not ask for more.

Efficient handling of our claim.
We have used PPS GI for some years and always found them to be very helpful and efficient. In a recent claim, they handled the whole process, settling things for us with the minimum of fuss, very quickly.

Expensive
Expensive - I pass the costs onto my tenant so I’m not particularly motivated to shop around but every year the premiums rise by about 10% which is hard to justify with inflation or increased risks - add to that a £100 pound ‘administration fee’ - which I’m not sure is justified - it’s certainly not for effort put into finding competitive policies - essentially £100 for emailing some forms out. I’m certain better value for money can be found elsewhere .
