I ordered my second board May 18th 2025. They took the money out of my bank. Powerfit said it would be up to 5 days before I would receive it. Well I haven't received it to this day. They will not respond to me. This should be a red flag for anyone who wants to purchase online from powerfit. Like I said I have tried several times to contact them.
At the address where their supposed to send it we'll not only would this be my second board ( I gave the first one I had sent out to my daughter). My roommates have ordered 2.
I just really want what I already paid for, I use it so much for my health it's important to me.

My son made a 1p payment to watch a sports programme and the company took £24.99 which appears as Powerfitclub on the statement - which is nothing to do with sports TV. I believe from the below reviews this will be a subscription. The company shows a London telephone number and Berwick Upon Tweed address. The telephone number is an automated message that says over and over 'they are busy they will get back to you'. My son's card was with Go Henry which is a card attached to a parent's account for children. Go Henry told me I had to try and get back the money via the company first. The company did reply to my email asking for the Apple Pay reference which I provided. They then replied with a bogus email address misgendering my son and calling him Hollie and saying I needed to provide the rest of the bogus email address. Which I can't do as they clearly made it up. I tried again and they told me to contact Apple and provide his Apple ID email. I have given up and had to cancel my son's account. I hope karma gets them, scamming children like that. Pathetic. Also be aware that they have started a new site girasallimited.com in 2025 which pretends to be a digital media company. No doubt to unleash further scams on the public. They appear to be in Arizona, unless that is just the domain reg.

Auf Instagram den falschen Button gedrückt und schon hatte ich ein ProbeAbo für € 0.01 verbunden mit einem sofortigen Abo für €49.- abgeschlossen. Unglaublich. Die angegebenen Kontakte führten zu 404 = nicht ereichbare internetseite, oder teure Auslandstelefonnummern in England und e-mail.
Email genutzt, sofortige Kündigung und Widerruf der Abbuchung angekündigt.
Bei Visa angerufen und die Belastung reklamiert.
Nach Prüfung durch Visa erfolgte nach eienr Woche die Gutschrift und Bestätigunf von powerfitclub das die Kündigung erfolgeich war.

Sie können es jederzeit mit einer 1-tägigen Testversion für nur 0,01€ verlängern. Dann wird eine Servicegebühr von 49€/ Monat fällig. "
Wie die überhaupt an meine Visakarte gekommen sind ist mir unklar. Aber derzeit siehts alles wieder
gut aus.

I have just been scammed when tried to open a subscription with a tax accountant website

I recently had an issue regarding a subscription.
Customer services were excellent, the problem was felt with extremely quickly.

Super service.

Fraudulent company that takes 1p from you without your realising then attempts to take £24.99 per month. My credit card blocked the £24.99 as it recognised the scam, but I now have to wait for a new card just as I’m about to go on holiday.

Vorsicht Abzocke. Hat über paypal 49 euro angefordert. Ich hoffe das ich es stoppen kann. Habe hingeschrieben und um ein fitnesprogeam für Querschnittsgelähmte gebeten. Als Antwirt kam dann eine neue Seite mit der ich den vertrag abschliesen kann.

Betrug, buchen vom Konto ab ohne Zustimmung, nicht erreichbar und keine Antwort. Finger weg.

Die wollen von mir zwei mal 24.99€ abbuchen, ich habe etwas anderes gesucht und versucht herunterzuladen, und auf dem Website kam diese Betrüger mit 0.1 Cent und so weiter , ich habe ihn von Anfang an blockiert, und heute merke ich dass er weiter versucht Geld von meinem Konto abzubuchen.

Scammers!!! They hide there subscription in banners of other sites, they then say it 1 pence to carry on with what you are interested in then as you have signed up there's a clause that states 1 day free then it 49 pounds per month. I noticed this amount being taken from my account and then found an email from them in my spam. I called them and they said I'm getting the refund in between 5-30 days, depending on my bank. I reported them to my bank.
I hope I'll get the refund .

Mir wurde auch ohne Erlaubnis 49€ gebucht ich musste mein Karte sperren lassen ich habe mich gleich mit Bank kontaktiert Geld zurück fordern. Finger weg Betrüger

This is a fraud.
I have never had intention to buy any fitness program. I’m not doing any fitness at home or elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to download an ebook called “3 clients in 30 days”, 30-day top producer blueprint; to begin download, I was requested to enter my card details.

I never heard of this fitness studio and not interested in any fitness programs.

Not sure why I’ve been charged for 0.01 Eur, and then 49 Eur; requested refund.

I was tricked into subscribing to this. The company hid themselves in another website and came up as a pop up making it looking like it was part of the previous website. Still waiting on a refund.

Unbeabsichtigt kommt man in einem Vorgang auf den kleinen Button und 0,01 Euro wird erstmal abgebucht. Dann erhältst du eine Email in der dir gratuliert wird zu deinem PowerFitClub Abo irgendwo im asiatischen Raum. Sie kündigen dir an, dass das 1-tägige kostenlose Abo ab morgen mit 49 Euro losgeht. Na toll….. Aber keine Panik. Ruft bitte nicht an um dort zu kündigen, wird dann teuer und sie greifen deine Daten ab. Auch keine Email schreiben. Ich hab’s gleich in den Spamordner gelegt und abgewartet. 2 Tage später dann die Ankündigung der Abbuchung. So nun musst du aktiv werden. Deine Bank kontaktieren und Betrag zurückfordern und alle kommenden Zahlungen sperren lassen. Nun nur noch die Nerven bewahren und es aussitzen. Am besten nicht mehr den Spamordner nach diesen Nachrichten absuchen und Mahnungen oder andere Hiobsbotschaften an dich ranlassen. Du kannst auch eine Anzeige gegen diese „Firma“ einleiten, aber ob es was bringt? Ich bin so verfahren, wenn ich mehr weiß in Zukunft, ergänze ich meine Bewertung.

Vorsicht: Fraud! Briefkastenfirma (eine Londoner Fitnessstudiokette mit nicht einem Fitnessstudio). Bucht 49€ / Monat ohne Zustimmung einfach ab. Verursacht nur Arbeit mit Rücklastschrift usw.
