As someone who has attended various training courses I can honestly say that the CSPO course run by Bernie Maloney from Powered By Teams is outstanding. The course is comprehensive but hugely engaging and fun - I joined 7 others from a wide range of industry backgrounds and we all got so much out of the course. I was looking for formal Scrum training but what I got was so much more! As someone who wears multiple hats within my organisation I feel well prepared (and excited!) for driving the expansion of our product offerings, and I can see various ways to apply agile thinking across our Operations teams. Please don’t worry if you’re a Scrum beginner or if you’re not currently a Product Owner - this course is truly great for anyone who is currently involved in, or who would like to be involved in, product development

The class really engaged with one another - the direction of the instructor really helped us interact and learn. The visuals and tools were very helpful. Breaking into groups helped people bond. The group projects were fun and interesting. Running the class like a Spring helped bring all the learning together

Bernie made the experience challenging but seamless. Throughly enjoyed my training, and how it prepared me to be successful in execution.

First of all I'm very pleased with how professionally the remote learning dynamic is handled. Never before did I participate in a remote training so well prepare for the virtual learning environment.

Also, I appreciate that the theory content is kept simple and we get to exercise and explore the dynamics for ourselves with the different tasks and tools. That makes all the difference cuz you could say that all that is there to read about Agile/Scrum you can find online already, but I see these "safe spaces to make mistakes" are the ones that matter to help us build the confidence necessary to actually apply the knowledge.

Took the 4 day CSM Certification class offered by Bernie Maloney. IT WAS FANTASTIC! A great mix of learning activities. Particularly enjoyed the breakout sessions to put learning into practice. Plenty of time to ask questions about your Agile work experiences. Tips shared can be put into practice. Highly recommend!
