Today I went to pothys Bangalore with lot of expectations and excitement as aadi sale was started . But little disappointed with the sales person in the kids counter they are hesitating to show the kids dress which has flat sales offer ...they are not willing to show the offer box items they are judging the customers whether they have the capacity to buy the box items( two ladies who are attending the girl kids traditional and fancy items did this ) they are asking me to go and check the hanging dress . Also initially they told me offers are not pasted in the dress so they asked me to come later and I told them to take their time and waited patiently so they will be aware of all the offers but when I approached them they asked me to go and check the hanging dress ...they told only those items are in offer . But I bought one box item for my son (7 years old)and one brother who assisted me in selecting the my son dress was very kind . Also I want mention two sales person who gave me a wonderful service one is priya from kids section and another one is thanveer from salwar section was very sweet and kind so I intentionally asked their name to write this comment. I request pothys team to look into it .

I have been trying to get update on my order and after multiple attempts I still haven't got update while the payment went through. I feel stuck as I had ordered sarees for special occasions and afraid not having them on time.
I have reached via whats app as well and multiple email.
I had ordered previously but this time very disappointed with no response .
Please let me know what is the status of my order. Or please refund the amount.

My product changed it’s was vary bad

RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT.SENT MAIL also with picture on april 25 ,sofar no responce from the shop.
worst online shopping .
dont buy online .they are selling only damaged product online.

Staff of pothys especially Kumari. S on 7th floor helped us in buying things according to our needs . She was very polite and helpful.

Billing at Pothys Supermarket, Townhall, Coimbatore is taking too long. There are no additional billing counters open to manage the crowd. Also, there was no prior information given about closing the billing counters. As a result, customers are being left without completing their billing, causing inconvenience.

I bought my wedding saree from pothys and they recommended to stitch the blouse from there. They promised to stitch it in two weeks but, didn't do it. I had to collect the blouse one day before my wedding. And they did a whole different neck pattern than what i said to them(even after showing the reference). I was so stressed and disappointed with the outcome. The staff first offered to alterate it and i gave time for that; however, they didn't do any changes and told me that they can't do anything with that. I had no option but to wear it for my wedding as it is. I will never recommend anyone to do stitching from Pothys. They are not reliable and can't trust with any special outfits.

We bought a saree and they recommended their in-house tailor to do a ready made. After 3 days we went to collect and they had sewn it up side down! They then said oh we will renew except the fabric was ruined so we refused. They then refused to give us a refund or accept responsibility saying the tailor wasn't part of their business! So we did a trade for amother saree but they refused to pay the difference! And refused tailoring this one. It took a lot of yelling for us to finally get our money difference back. Not shopping there again.
