Excellent experience so far

My veggies are growing well and i enjoy the gardening experience ! Ive tried many times to grow herbs and never had much success but its so easy with the instructions! I found the ad on Instagram and was reluctant so im glad i went for it and i would definitely recommend ! 5 stars!

I really enjoy gardening but never got into growing plants from seed. Pot Gang changed that! You get everything you need delivered to your door, along with advice on how to make your plants thrive. So wholesome!

Amazing, have been subscribed for six months now and have not had any issues, the team respond to queries quickly and helpfully. The community is helpful and I've loved the whole experience.

The support that is given is amazing. With clear instruction as to how to progress. Real time support is available through the fb page and you can email or message. There is also a good variety of produce.

I am the type of person who can’t even keep a cactus alive (not joking, I actually killed one).
I love to cook with fresh ingredients, and come across a pot gang ad on Facebook. The more I looked into it, the more appealing it seemed. So, I ordered a subscription box.
Quick and easy. My box arrived with everything I needed, including an idiots guide on growing them (super handy btw).
I have successfully grown a tomato plant, yellow chilli plant and thyme. All from little seeds. My tomato and chilli plants aren’t mature enough yet for produce. but excited for them to reach that stage.
I now have a 2nd box on its way, along with a greenhouse :)
You can order one off boxes or the subscription. If you choose a subscription, you have the ability to skip boxes if they are of no interest to you.
Customer service is excellent. You can join the FB community group, where you get excellent advice and help. Alternatively, you can ask questions with quick replies through WhatsApp.
Would highly recommend it, especially for those that struggle on their own.

Love Pot Gang and look forward to my delivery every month! Such a helpful team who are always on hand to course correct when something goes wrong with my plant babies, which is exactly what I needed as a total novice. I am loving my potgang subscription! Since moving to a home with my first ever garden I was keen to start a veg patch. The seeds, information and support have helped me grow tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, herbs, potatoes and many more (I did kill all my strawberries though!).
It has even given me the confidence to plant a few of my own beans, peas, corn (killed them too though).
The facebook group is also one of the most supportive that I have seen.
Would definitely recommend!

Got Pot gang for my 6 year old to start growing his own food. So easy to follow and the look on my son's face as his veg is growing is priceless. I've signed up to the prescription and can't wait to receive our next box.

I had seen Pot Gang around Christmas time and really wanted to try it - finally buckled in June and am now obsessed! Very easy to follow instructions and currently everything has grown well - I’m overrun but have already got the next months box on the way. When something was missing from the box it did take a while to sort out but it did get sorted! Can’t wait for my next delivery 😊

Customizable boxes also very appreciated.
I skipped a month as I was really full on and overwhelmed with what I already had, and it didn't affect my subscription price, which was nice.

We got one then two and now we have over 40 plants and not enough space! These are grate for doing with the children and would love to see a children's subscription box with lots of weird veg like cosmic carrots and swirled beetroot and edible flowers aswell as an adults one.

Absolutely sensational. I’ve gone from “curious about growing my own veg” to having an entire garden crafted to perfection with an array of amazing full luscious vegetables, herbs and even fruits! Have wanted to grow my own fruit and veg for some time, but found the idea of “going it alone” quite overwhelming. So when PotGang was advertised on my feed, I looked into it and was absolutely over the moon to find exactly the guidance I needed! I bought the previous month’s box and started the monthly subscription and have loved every second of it, even when my toddler knocked a seed tray off my windowsill and I was so upset, it made me realise just how invested I was in the experience. I proudly show off my plants on pics on my phone or if they pop over I happily show them my set up and it genuinely makes me happy just pottering about in my little veg corner and watching the developing goods. Best thing I’ve signed up to in a long time!! Only downside is sometimes my deliveries get delayed but it’s the courier, not PotGang to blame and my annoyance at the small/day delay is testament to how much I cannot wait to get my box!!
Also really enjoying the community on Facebook, as I am a month behind everyone, it really gets me excited to see what’s going to happen in my garden in the future. It’s also a wealth of knowledge and experience, and Tom is on hand to help out too, on either WhatsApp or commenting on the group. Great little back up despite the fact the instructions are suuuuuper clear!

I've always wanted to start gardening and this is such a fantastic way to get into a new hobby. My garden has never looked better and the people at pot gang gave me the friendliest customer service I have ever had.

Very handy for anyone wanting to get in to planting and growing their own veg and fruit. Boxes come with everything you need including easy to understand and follow grow guides.

Any small issue I’ve had such as plants dying have been swiftly resolved by sending more sends free of charge.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with potgang, through their facebook groups, WhatsApp messages and the product itself.

I've been with potgang since March 26 and it's been amazing. I have never grown anything before and as I write this I am sitting in my garden looking at tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, aubergines, chillies, red peppers, squash, cucamelon, courgette, mint, spring onions, thyme, oregano, basil, spinach and the only thing that beaten me are the strawberries. I couldn't be more impressed that a complete novice, just using the guides and the seeds, plus a fantastic facebook community can create all this in 4 months!

I really enjoyed my first box. Delivery did take about a week so I messaged PotGang on WhatsApp asking where my parcel was, then they realised their mistake and sent it to me on next day delivery, and refunded my delivery which was nice. Other than that I really enjoyed planting my first seeds. The steps were easy to follow. The box comes with stickers which I found very fun. Can’t wait for my plants to grow! And can’t wait for my next box. Thank you PotGang!!!

Growing my own veg always felt too complicated. I didn’t know what I was doing or even where to start. I’ve also not got the patience to read up on it and learn. Pot Gang takes all that away and literally hand it to you in a box. You just can’t go wrong. Everything is so simple and easy. There is support whenever you need it and I’m absolutely loving it. The subscription is flexible as well so you’re not tied in and can skip the ones you don’t fancy. Thanks Pot Gang… you’re my favourites.
