It's just so easy....you get everything you need and if there is every a problem they are very responsive and helpful. My daughter (10) absolutely loves it and the thrill of growing her own food is so worth it! Thank you from a definitely not green-fingered Mum.

I’ve been getting boxes since Feb this year and I’ve absolutely loved learning to grow my own fruits and vegetables this way! The boxes have everything you need to start your very own veg garden, it’s been super fun teaching my nephew about gardening through these boxes too.

Easy to follow instructions

I signed up for a 4-box gift subscription as a Christmas present for my son and family. There have been problems with every delivery, boxes sent twice, boxes sent at the wrong time or not appearing at all, etc.
This morning I realised a monthly payment had been taken out of my bank account and told the August box is on the way, even though my subscription should have ended in June.

To cap it all, in communication with them via WhatsApp, I have virtually been called a liar, receiving a message from 'Mabel' to say that I was on a rolling monthly subscription and that I had already received 6 boxes, which I hadn't, only ever having received 4 boxes. I am fuming and currently awaiting their response.
Update: More comms from Mabel and two reimbursements later . . . suffice to say I won't be dealing with this company ever again.

I bought the one-off August box for my Husbands birthday and he was very impressed with the content and value for money as everything you need to get started is all
included. He planted the seeds as instructed and they are already coming up in the pots so happy days so far.

I only get one off boxes as I don't have the space for a monthly subscription. Potgang make gardening very easy so even a beginner can have a go. Easy to follow guides are supplied with each box along with absolutely everything you need. The gang listen to feedback about what people want to grow and the list for 2027 is fantastic. Bow if only we could get Potgang to provide the perfect weather all year round it would be 100%

I’ve been receiving pot gang for a few months now and have been absolutely loving it.
The guides are fab, pots& saucers are good quality as is the compost.
I have had an abundance of cucumbers, my tomatoes are doing great as is the basil, chillies, rosemary and courgettes. I’ve also grown some cucumelons which I’d never heard of before.
It’s has really given my an interest in gardening I never knew I had and in June took an allotment plot with my neighbour.

Love love love Pot gang. I've just harvested my first crop of potatoes and have a veggie garden that's the envy of my neighbours. Some things do better than others but that's the nature (pun intended) of the game!
Customer service are brilliant too, very helpful advice and sending out additional seeds when I did something wrong. Totally recommend

I take back anything positive I said previously. I am chronically ill and joined as a way to gain a hobby with some of the stress taken away, this was not the case, they literally caused me stress. Constant promo emails and emails asking for reviews, link to opt out doesnt work of course. Spoke to someone who said it would be sorted, never was. Paused my subscription during a period of severe illness when I wasn’t well enough to use the boxes. Sent me one anyway. Both charged and dispatched it early in the morning before I even had a chance to contact them or cancel it. Ive never had them dispatch so fast before! Contacted to ask for help and told them I logged in recently to make sure I wouldn’t be charged soon and didn’t see anything to suggest my subscription was restarting, they just keep ignoring this fact. Customer service completely unhelpful and keep trying to blame me for their poor system and lack of choice/unclear information. Ignored the same points I made several times. I noticed another reviewer use the term passive aggressive and I found this too. Wanted me to sit by the door for days to reject the delivery (told them I'm a chronically ill wheelchair user and I'm not doing this). Told me i received a reminder email to inform me i would be charged, when I pointed out that this never happened that was then my fault too as apparently I didnt tick a box on their website. Yet they can send endless emails when it’s trying to get you to spend more money! Just feels scammy now. The content gets childish and annoying quite quickly. Hard to recycle to materials as they are covered in stickers, have to spend ages picking them off just to put the delivery box in the green bin. Not worth the money, avoid.

Absolutely love the concept.
Step by step guidance for very novice growers like myself.
Love the product and really look forward to my box arriving each month.
Loads of practical help if you need, someone is always on hand to guide.

I have been receiving pot gang subscription box for almost a year now. I now have a garden filled with vegetables - tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, spinach, herbs, squash, peppers and chilli’s, carrot etc. there have been some failures - but that’s gardening for you. I have learnt so much and have enjoyed myself along the wat

Delivery etc was great, unfortunately none of our seeds germinated despite following all of the instructions. Purchased as a gift for Father's day and went to visit and saw that the pots were totally empty, a shame, seems like a wasted gift

I am just about to receive my 6th box having never grown a veg, other than tomatoes, before. Never grown veg or herbs from seed before. I've had 2 failures: thyme and cucamelons, everything else has grown successfully. I'm currently harvesting lovely cucumbers, waiting on red peppers to go red, and waiting for flowering aubergine and patty pans to show 'fruit'. I haven't sown my last box yet but will this weekend.
It is an excellent subscription giving you everything you need each month. The seed guides are also very good telling you what to expect at each stage of the process such as when seedlings are ready to pot on or plant out.
Added to which there is a Gang private Facebook group where we can help and support each other and share experiences. All in all this us a great subscriptiin.

Brilliant! All you need in one box. I have some shoots already sprouting after a week in the greenhouse. Well worth it.

Great idea, great boxes, great service. If you can get someone as plant-illiterate as me to successfully grow tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and other veg on a balcony in the North East, you must be doing something right. 10/10

Very pleased with my first box. Really easy to follow instructions and very well packaged. My radishes and lettuces are already growing, nothing visible in the carrots but it did say they would take a little longer.

So simple so great. Gives you really, really easy instructions and you get to grow vegetables in pots. You don't grow masses but learn a lot and get to eat all your own handiwork. The Company, and Sam, are all very friendly and no question is too weird. Sam has gone through the failure so we don't have to. Really good with children. Mine is 28! Petrified of 'getting it wrong' but has loved every box

Everything you need comes in the monthly box. My usual plant killing fingers have been turned green by the easy to follow instructions. Having the ability to pause or cancel at any time gives you good choice
