Do not use this company, Just waiting on the phone for 40 min while the message is the they will be answering as soon as they can.The obviously can’t.\They open parcels , input wrong articles and hope you do not notice.

Hopeless ..May as well sent item by carrier pigeon such a poor delivery service

Twice in one month I sent a birthday card from Knightswood Post Office Glasgow, first class, handed over the counter and twice it took 2 weeks to get there!
Both addresses in Glasgow.
What is going on here? Can anyone begin to explain this?
Unacceptable.
No wonder fewer and fewer people feel they can rely on the Post Office.

Very little communication.

Never on time. By a big margin .

Not open at any time that is useful to anyone who actually works between the hours of 9-5. And they wonder why PO and Royal Mail are going to rats**t

Useless service , tried to call when my item was not delivered next day and kept waiting for 40 minutes then they didn't answer because it was the end of the day ! Do not use Royal Mail use Amazon and others can do next day why can't Royal Mail !

STROOD POST OFFICE (KENT): Beware this Post Office branch, they overcharge. I was charged £5.30 for a RM48 large letter when in fact it was a standard letter weighing just 0.025g. I just needed 2nd class recorded (it didn’t need to be signed for) which should’ve cost £2.91. Imagine if they overcharged every customer every day these small amounts, they’d be making a tidy profit. I’ll be buying all my postage online from now on or using a different branch and I will reporting this the their head office.

Whatever do you do not save with Post Office. Their processes and systems are antiquated. Their customer service is poor and should you have any problems they will take forever to resolve, all the time not being able to access your money.

Today I went to the Rugby Post Office in the town centre to collect a passport application form. A member of staff gave me only the form. I asked where the envelope and guide booklet were, but I was told that they no longer provide them.

Afterwards, I contacted HM Passport Office to clarify this. They told me that the complete passport application pack is normally supplied with the form, including the envelope and guidance booklet.

I am therefore very disappointed with the information I was given at the Rugby Post Office. It appears that the envelope and guide booklet were not provided, even though HM Passport Office confirmed that they are part of the complete application pack.

Please be aware of this if you are collecting a passport application form from this Post Office. If you need a passport application form and want to make sure you receive the correct information and full pack, I recommend contacting HM Passport Office directly. They can also post the application form to your address.

I hope the Post Office will look into this and make sure customers are given the correct information and the complete passport application pack

Saltcoats Post Office

No matter what time or day you go in since this branch was franchised, the service has gone down hill. Always 3 staff on, only one serving and two doing paperwork. Long queue and the other 2 don't assist. Last time 20 minutes wait as someone was doing a licence application, today 10 minutes. Manager is dismissive and extremely impolite.

Unsubscribed from their emails but they keep sending them anyway — a clear breach of UK GDPR/PECR opt-out rules. Ignoring unsubscribe requests is not acceptable. Reporting to the ICO.

Im specifically reviewing the post office at west heath in congleton. "What a useless post office. Queued for 15 minutes minimum to find out they are not taking Evri. By this time, the queue was to the window. The shop counter person was a waste of time; she directed me to the post office as I tried to first drop off at the shop counter. My point is, why was there not a sign stating, 'Sorry, no Evri today,' and why did the hopeless shopkeeper not say, 'We can't accept Evri'? Oh, and then some nosey big mouth think they know it all gives me some im not interested verbal...must of been close to the postmaster.....The postmaster has no social skills at all, he keeps looking at the long que but fails to say No everi today, i do hope nobody was in the que for everi dropoff....

Firstly, I would like to say that this review is not a reflection of the other members of staff at the Co-op in Colehill. I am a local customer and regularly use both the store and the post office.
A few days ago, I needed to return my old passport. When I asked about the cost of a Signed For and a tracked service, I was told, rather forcefully, that I should send it via Special Delivery at a cost of almost £10. Rather than being advised of the available options, I felt pressured towards the most expensive service. I was told, "It's up to you, but this is the only guaranteed method, and it's the only post that is sent separately." Given my experience of successfully sending many letters, cards and parcels through Royal Mail over the years, I found this comment somewhat misleading. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and in hindsight I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.
Yesterday, my son went to collect a parcel and was informed that he could not do so due to age restrictions relating to the identification provided. He has collected parcels previously without issue, so this came as a surprise. Although he questioned the decision, he left without the parcel.
Around 30 minutes later, I went to collect the parcel myself. Before I had an opportunity to speak, Anna began telling me how rude my son had been. I apologised on his behalf, but she continued to raise her voice and lecture me for several minutes. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. During the conversation, she repeatedly asked, "Do you understand?" several times. I remained silent because I simply wanted to leave.
Anna, I apologised for my son's behaviour. However, if he was spoken to in the same manner that I was, I can understand why he became frustrated. Unfortunately, I found your approach unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service skills. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial.

Used click and collect for travel money. On collection I was told it was now policy not to open and check the contents. When I checked the contents there was one note of about £27 value which was 1cm short of being in 2 pieces. I have experiece of notes like this being refused at retailers. I contacted the Post Office who told me to contact First Rate Exchange Services. I go on holiday in 2 days. How are they going to help me. I attended my local Post Office who told me they could not help me because I had ordered it on line. When asked who could help me he just shrugged his shoulders. Lesson learnt. Do not use Post Office click and collect for travel money

Rainford Post Office. Unless you are buying from the shop the man is unhelpful, ignorant, he doesn't interact with you, no smile, hello, thank you or goodbye doesn't speak to you. I'll never use that Post Office again while he's there!

Post is not being delivered to our small rural community. A neighbour went to the sorting office to personally pick up some mail that was urgent. The person on the counter candidly told her that they were not delivering to our area as we were too rural and they were overwhelmed.
With the high cost of first class post I would say that is taking money under false pretences.
It would be bad enough if they had informed us that we had to pick up our own post but there has been no communication at all.

I called to the new strand Bootle post office today and was served by the most helpful young lady called Charlotte. I had multiple post office issues to sort out and she literally did everything that needed to be done in an efficient friendly and competent manner, she was so courteous and it was a pleasure to meet her, please pass on my sincere thanks Maria x

The manager was extremely sulky, rude and insensitive. Had a really bad experience there yesterday after being a customer for 10 years. Felt poorly treated and was very offended. I think her name is Zankar, i’m not surprised this post office has such a bad reputation.

Tracked 48 service , don’t bother , 7 days since being dropped off still no parcel , they used to be good but I suppose draining all the profits out ,and getting so called managers punching above their level and paygrade . It is what it is , maybe take the royal crown off their logo .
