Gift box was well packaged and recipient was pleased with the contents. The delivery let it down. I paid for next day but it took 2 days. When I enquired about the late delivery I was told to ask the post office why it was late. They refused to talk to me about it as they said that there contract was with the sender.

As it stands I ordered it last week…
As it stands I ordered it last week with 1-2 day delivery and still haven't actually received it, that being said I think it's more to do with Hermes than the actual company, will update when the actual products arrive and let you know wether the quality is any good :)

I have checked Hermes for you and you are correct that the delay had been with Hermes unfortunately as they collected your order on Monday ( you ordered at 17:38 on Saturday.) Your parcel is due to be delivered today between 15:00 & 17:00.
I have checked through our emails and you didn’t notify us your order hadn’t arrived, otherwise I would have been able to chase Hermes sooner.

Absolutely stunning gift and prompt delivery. The only thing I was surprised at was that the contents came lovely wrapped up inside a box which when turned over had my delivery address stuck on. I had to buy another box to put the contents in as this was a birthday gift. Despite the box I will definitely use this retailer again as the gift was lovely!

Hi Clare,
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We used to send every box out in a postage bag with the postage label on the bag. The 10 item bags were compostable however the smaller bags for 5 & 2 items weren’t. In an attempt to make our packaging more eco friendly we have done away with the bags and seal the boxes with eco friendly craft tape, therefore making the whole box recyclable. We stick the postage label on the bottom so as not to effect the appearance of the box when opening. We have the option when placing your order to add a note for us, if you pop in there for us to use a postage bag for your box I will ensure the postage label doesn’t go on the box itself.
We will also add this option to our website for other customers.
