Bilkul fazool aur ghair zimmedar courier service. Main Tuesday se in se rabta kar rahi hun. Har dafa sirf yahi jawab mila ke "aap ka parcel bhej rahe hain, thora waqt lage ga".
Baad mein in ke office se call aayi. Maine bataya ke ye bakery items hain, jaldi kharab ho jayengi, foran bhejen. To kehte hain "is waqt hamare paas koi rider nahi hai".
Meri baar baar email karne par inhone jhoot bola ke "aap ka mukammal address nahi hai is liye deliver nahi kar sakte", jab ke maine pehle din hi poora address bheja tha.
Parcel ki tracking se pata chala ke ye "RFD" ka bahana bana rahe hain. Mera nuksan kar diya. Bakery items kharab ho gayin.
Mera mashwara hai: yahan koi bhi apna parcel book na karwaye. Total third class service hai, customers ko jhooti tasalliyan dete hain.

Worst courier service ever. I have been contacting PostEx since Tuesday. Every time they just said "we're sending your parcel, it will take some time".
When their office called, I told them these are bakery items that will get spoiled, please send urgently. They replied "we don't have any rider right now".
After my repeated emails, they lied and said "your complete address is missing so we can't deliver", even though I had sent the full address on day one.
They marked delivery failed as "RFD" without any reason. My bakery items are now spoiled. Complete loss due to their negligence.
Advice: Do not book any parcel with PostEx. Third class service with zero responsibility. They just make false excuses.

Extremely poor data management. My contact number was entered incorrectly on the shipment, which almost caused a return. If I hadn't proactively tracked it and contacted the rider myself, I wouldn't have received my parcel. The flyer was also handled roughly with zero care. Very unprofessional experience.
Very disappointed with the packaging. The product was sent in a basic plastic bag with zero protection or bubble wrap. For a premium item, this is unacceptable and risky.
Really Bad Service
Really Bad Service, they misplaced my order once, and after that took 27 days, the day it was coming the post ex rider asked me to give his 300rs tip if i want to get my parcel now or they wld delay more, its just really bad kinda service.

Every order any company sends, they RFD it, even though I am home. When I call the courier he cuts the call. Do they even want to stay in business????? You have given option of one date only. This happened on 19 th march too.

Extremely unprofessional experience with the delivery rider (Rider Details: SYED ARFAN BUKHARI). The rider demanded more than the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount mentioned on the official parcel. This is a clear case of overcharging and fraud. Avoid handing over any extra money beyond the printed receipt amount.
PostEx service is highly unreliable. Their rider charged me extra money, and when I tried to contact customer support, there was no immediate resolution. There seems to be no internal check on riders demanding extra cash. For your own safety, refuse any COD parcels through PostEx if the rider asks for more than the listed price.

Absolutely terrible experience with PostEx. My parcel still hasn’t arrived and you’ve completely ruined my Eid—wallahi, this is beyond frustrating. A delivery that normally takes 3–4 days has now stretched to 7–8 days with no proper updates or accountability.
You’re not even picking up calls, which makes it impossible to get any help. The seller told me to visit your office and collect the parcel myself, but when I went there, it was closed. A security guard told me to come back on the 24th. Meanwhile, Google clearly showed the office as open.
On top of that, the tracking number still shows that my parcel hasn’t even arrived in my city, which makes no sense at all.
This level of negligence, poor communication, and misinformation is completely unacceptable. I will be telling everyone to avoid this courier service and use others that at least deliver on time—or at worst, only take an extra day. Never using PostEx again.

Such a shit service
Such a shit service, riders marks the parcel as CNA (customer not available) without attempting the call or deliver the parcel. Service center is useless af, instead they blame you. Such a disgrace of a courrier company they are. Same city courrier takes 10+ days and still fails to deliver.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The delivery driver refused to accept normal online payment and asked for extra money, saying he had to withdraw it from a shop via Easypaisa. This is completely unacceptable customers should not be charged extra due to their internal payment issues.
He also claimed that I should have received a WhatsApp message saying online payments are not accepted, which I never received. This kind of excuse is unprofessional.
This creates a serious problem what if a customer doesn’t have cash? And even if we pay cash, drivers often don’t have proper change to return.
Overall, very poor service and lack of proper payment handling. The company needs to fix this and properly train their drivers.

If there is zero star that is good for postex courier service. It is cheap service that’s why brands are using it but it’s really based on cheap people. Which would never attempt a delivery and update that consignee refused to receive. Pathetic courier service ever

I am regarding the unacceptable…
I am writing regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your delivery riders during a recent delivery.
The rider was extremely unprofessional and misbehaved during the delivery. He was demanding aftari and extra money/help, I was only at home at that time all my faimly was out d/t death of a realitive, service is completely inappropriate.
When his demands were not fulfilled, he started using harsh and disrespectful language, making the interaction very unpleasant.
Such behavior is unacceptable and damages the trust customers place in your service. Delivery personnel represent your company, and this type of conduct reflects very poorly on your organization.
I request that you please investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned rider to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

Great service
PostEx is a very excellent service. They provide updates on time and regularly share information about the parcel. Their delivery is also very safe, and they hand over the package to the customer securely. Overall, their service is truly outstanding.
