Quiero contar mi experiencia con el sistema de cobros de esta plataforma. Mi intención inicial era dar de baja mi suscripción. Durante el proceso, terminé pagando una tasa inicial de 0,90€, pero para mi sorpresa, a los dos días me cargaron 49€ en la cuenta sin mi consentimiento claro.
Intenté solucionar el problema por la vía privada. Mandé varios mensajes al servicio de atención al cliente, pero no obtuve ninguna contestación. Ante el silencio y la falta de soporte, me vi obligado a escribir una reseña crítica detallando mi caso.
Curiosamente, solo tras publicar esa mala valoración se pusieron en contacto conmigo de inmediato. Al final, han gestionado la incidencia y me han devuelto todo el dinero. Aunque agradezco el reembolso, me parece lamentable que un cliente tenga que recurrir a la queja pública para que le hagan caso.

I tried to cancel a subscription for exhale coffee. Afterwards postclic said theyhad sent them instructions to do it. They asked me to pay 79pence but then the next day took another large payment from my card. My bank flagged it as fraud and a scam
Be aware and avoid!
