Great service, fast customer support
I set up a Premium Plus plan for work. Easy-peasy. Had anxiety from migrating tens of thousands of mails from .pst files, which no one seems to like. Luckily, their support was quick to respond and offered me a faster and safer solution through impasync. I am loving everything about Postale so far. I read in a previous review you are moving servers to AWS. Are you fully on AWS now, since I am also interested about sustainability, green energy etc, and I know AWS signed the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact?

That's correct, we moved from OVH to AWS in early 2021. They're not the best at green energy but they've indeed improved a lot in recent years, joining the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact being part of it.

Everything you need at a very reasonable price!
So far I've really enjoyed using postale.io. It was easy to setup and is working perfectly. Also great value for all you get it. It's everything you need, but not super overwhelmed with extras and things you don't need. Highly recommended.

Cheap custom email addresses for your domain
I was looking for a cheap and efficient solution for my domain. I needed two email addresses and nothing more.
After much wandering, I found postale.io. I am very satisfied with the ease of opening an account and the administration. The price of 1 dollar per month is fantastic for my needs. Email servers work perfectly. The team behind this project is really perfect.

Reliable Email Hosting
Postale is a great email host if you are looking for something low-priced and reliable. The setup process is fairly simple, I haven't missed any emails, and most importantly, emails sent out aren't flagged as spam. In addition, integrating with mail clients is very straightforward. For $1 a month, they are very generous with their allowances!

So glad we found Postale. Our goal was to break our email hosting away from website hosting and finding a solid and affordable solution took a while. We tried a handful of providers and clunky bolt-ons, but Postale delivered everything on the checklist: Speed, deliverability, great pricing, logical onboarding, whitelabeling, and good communications (presale questions). Been searching for an email provider for quite some time, looked into (and got in contact with) literally 18 email provider companies. My experience with Postale email support, documentation, app, has been the best. Absolutely 5 stars. Can't recommend enough. Don't even bother trying out other providers.

It's really worth a shot
I've been using it for a whole month and here are my impressions:
Emails were always received quickly and delivered promptly.
Customer support was very helpful and responsive, even on the cheapest plan.
Their admin panel is simple, but gets the job done.
I didn't experience any downtime, and they even have a website where you can check service uptime for the last 90 days.
If you're still in doubt, their live demo and 30-day free trial are more than enough to see if the service is right for you.
