Since then, I purchased all of their "X" series, Life Nav, and I have a subscription to the Toolbox. What I appreciate most is that if I have a question about a product, I know who I can call and know I will be taken care of. They have earned my confidence, and I don't easily give that away. I purchased 3 digital products. Did not get a confirmation email, did not get the link to download the products at all. Customer service very poor. I have emailed twice and submitted a case against them with PayPal. Still waiting for a response, a refund or any acknowledgment at all. Their website kept crashing during the purchase. More disappointing is the complete lack of response to resolve. Be wary. Scam alert.

The Life Navigation course is a wonderful resource for coaches (me) or therapists to learn more about positive psychology - not just the theory (in an easy-to-understand way) but also in practicality (exercises & guidance for working with clients). I like the structure of the readings, videos, and quizzes to reinforce the learning. The sailboat metaphor as a foundation is a useful tool that is easy to comprehend and use with clients. If you are a working adult wanting to be well-versed in positive psychology and enjoy the freedom of a self-paced program that provides the foundations without having to get a degree - then you will not be disappointed.

I have been using various tools from the tool kit by purchasing them one at a time. I took the leap purchased the whole tool kit and it is a great addition to my practice. I don't have time to create additional tools for for my client to use during session or for homework so this is a tremendous resource that I would highly recommend.
