Beware of buyer/seller Michele delwiche. She is a theif and a liar. As for poshmart customer service is TERRIBLE and they won't help you. Use discretion they are not WORTHY of this service. Poshmark is Unethical & Inconsistent
Poshmark has a lot of rules for sellers that are inconsistently enforced. After searching Poshmark for perfume and finding thousands of items listed, I posted a bottle of perfume. Within minutes, I received an email chastising me and explaining perfume is a prohibited item. I then reported the top 30 perfume sellers, discovering one seller who had hundreds of thousands of dollars of fragrances listed. After 6 months, every seller I reported is still selling perfume and other prohibited items. The website also prohibits the sale of nail polish and used makeup. The vast majority of makeup sold on the website is used. No effort is made by Poshmark to remove used makeup, even after reporting listings. When opening an account on Poshmark, the settings automatically sign you up for many features. One feature is “Reposhing”, where a buyer can purchase an item from you and immediately relist it for more money. All of the pictures the original seller took, which takes hours to set up, photograph and edit, can be used by the buyer. This setting should be automatically disconnected unless the seller approves it! Poshmark has no respect for copyright law, which I discovered after a buyer used my images without permission. The more I use Poshmark, the less respect I have for this company. There is no phone number to contact if issues arise. Poshmark takes 20% of every sale, but can’t be bothered to support the people making the company wealthy. I have also found many sellers who are clearly selling stolen items, especially beauty items. There are sellers listing brand new makeup at 90% off the price. Poshmark makes no effort to track sellers listing new items for absurd discounts. There are many buyers on Poshmark who use the site to scam sellers. Buyers frequently report items as used (if listed as new), damaged, or as undelivered in an attempt to get an item for free. Poshmark does not consistently investigate these claims and frequently sides with the buyer. If sellers ask if a buyer has a history of false claims, they refuse to volunteer that information. I believe some disputes are being resolved by AI, which is well known to be flawed. Using AI without a human reviewing each case is disrespectful towards the sellers who make Poshmark a financial success. Poshmark seems to get away with functioning in the grey areas of the law. Poshmark retaliates against sellers who question their inconsistent enforcement or appeal their decisions regarding complaints. Unfortunately, Poshmark is one of the most successful third party seller websites, but using their platform has unexpected risks and problems. I hope Poshmark becomes more ethical and fair. If you use Poshmark, be aware of the fact that it is unethical, unfair and may end up costing you money.

Don't order from Poshmark unless you like to be gaslit
Ordered an item from a Poshmark seller. A few days later, I get a shipping notice. I checked for updates, only to see that it never shipped, only a mailing label was made. After trying to reach the seller, I notified Poshmark to request a refund, only to have them insist that the item shipped and to wait a few days. Almost 2 weeks after ordering and after Poshmark sent a notice to the (apparently fake) seller, I again requested a refund. Poshmark finally refunds me while continuing to insist the item was shipped and the problem must be with the shipper. It was an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

So far I’ve had a positive experience with Poshmark, although I’ve only made a couple purchases which is the reason I only gave it 4 stars as I haven’t had much experience with the website. But any experience I’ve had so far has been a good one!

Poshmark is by far the worst customer service you could imagine, all automated machines and no humans.
I am dealing with a case for order 6903a9cf5e252a981ea17f16 when a seller ambassador's name yet sold some ripped hoodies that were a lot worse than pictured, so I opened a case and provided all the info they asked for with visible signs of inaccuracy and offered to return it because I didn't want to just have free stuff.
But out of anger, I threw 2 of them in the garbage, so I offered to return the 4 left and take the loss for the other I threw. But Poshmark closed the case saying they don't allow a return, so then refund for not right condition hoodies. And even returning it is not right because the seller will resell and rip someone else off with dumped items, as she already got 150 in minus Poshmark fees off my pocket, then she will get more from another buyer who trusts this dishonest person. So I filed a complaint with 3 companies and escalated the claims, and now I am waiting.
I do not recommend anybody this site that brags about purchases being insured, and yet they do nothing. I will go further if I have to. Lost 181.90 to a dishonest person and they want to wash their hands? No way.
Until this issue is solved, I will never purchase anything again. Because of the traumatic experience you put me through, now that I know a seller that inaccurately lists items, putting some flaws but not all flaws, and even after showing the not shown flaws and being honest and patient, you have proven to not care, turn your back on buyers that you promised to have their back. Now you will, it is not. As of now, I will never buy anything again, nor allow my daughter to purchase anything unless this issue is solved.
This matter will be a great lesson for her future! You know there are a lot more sellers than buyers. In fact, the number 1 reviews for Canada are that there are not enough buyers on the platform for thousands of sellers you have, so if you treat your customers so poorly, they will stop purchasing, and your business will crash. You need all the buyers you can find!
As I have seen sellers complain about sales being down already 50% lower than previous years and buyers complain about zero customer care or any human to talk to, they will stop buying and go elsewhere!
Canada's economy is at the edge of collapsing, so you want to keep your limited buyers happy for as long as it will last. So never buy anything ever until this order is refunded or credited back to my account for at least the 4 items I still have!
Poshmark Canada – No customer orientation and refusal to help with valid address
I wanted to try selling on Poshmark Canada, but the experience has been extremely negative.
My address is completely valid and deliverable. I regularly receive parcels there through Canada Post, and it is officially confirmed in their system. I even provided screenshots from Canada Post and Google Maps proving that my residence exists and is active for deliveries.
However, Poshmark’s platform refused to recognize it. Every attempt to enter the address was rejected as “invalid.” I contacted support multiple times, attached clear proof, and asked them to manually update it on their side. Instead, I received the same generic instructions like “try entering it again” or “check the postal code.” The issue is clearly with their system, but they refused to provide real assistance.
Because of this, I was unable to generate a shipping label and complete my very first sale. After days of wasted time and endless back-and-forth with support, nothing was resolved. In the end, I had to request that my account be deleted and the pending sale canceled.
This is the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service I have experienced. If Poshmark cannot even support valid Canadian addresses that Canada Post itself recognizes, then the platform is simply not reliable for sellers in Canada.

I have just deleted my account from Poshmark Canada. It was a nightmare and waste of time dealing with counterfeit sellers, incompetent sellers who cannot ship fast and most annoyingly, 5304 who do live cam shows to sell their wares from a questinable used clothing warehouse with body lice! I kept reporting listings that are not allowed on the platform but Poshmark does nothing and uses my reports against me. I do not mince words and tell it like it is when something is not acceptable and Poshmark would rather side with scammer and prostitute sellers rather than legit and rule following people. I do not like the rip off fees. Imagine selling an item priced already 5$ cheap and Poshmark takes 3,90$ as commission! Not worth it! Boycott Poshmark! More money loss than profit!

Poshmark has a new policy that is violating and downright abusive. Listing privileges suspended. If you remove listings you will get a suspended notice now. Do not invest in merchandise you will be stuck with items you will not be able to sell. You will lose your investment. They have gone completely abusive yo sellers. And not thinking that the sellers are the very people that keep them in business with merchandise. A very self defeating action on their part. This site is operated from the country Korea although listed in California. Perhaps the Korean culture has their own form of harsh and severe punishment when not doing exactly as commanded. Different culture I suppose. Best advice try and sell as much as possible then get the heck off the app. If your merchandise accidentally gets minor damage leave it listed or you will now be suspended for removing it. If it sells while damaged you will have to cancel the sale. If you sell your listings elsewhere then mark it so high in price no one will buy. But leave it listed if you think you can stand or accept the new policy

I am processing orders for Poshmark & you have 2 sets of 30 orders to process & they have regular orders & premium orders & if you get a premium order it puts you account in the negative. My first premium order I had to deposit $40 then on the 2nd set I got another premium order which I had to deposit $80, finished my set of orders & went to withdraw my commission & costumer service said I had to KYC verification with picture of me holding my I.D. & the next day I passed verification & costumer service told me I had to do 1 set of orders the withdrawal & of course I got a premium order & had to deposit $190 so I did & went to finish the set of orders which was only 10 more orders 5 surprisingly again I got another premium order & my account is $301 in the negative. I talked to my trainer & she said that she told me in the beginning of training that I could get up to 4 premium orders in a set of orders but most likely 1-2 premium orders per set of orders so I went from the beginning of training to now of messages on Whatsapp & couldn't find her telling me anything about premium orders. So don't process orders for Poshmark it's a scam. I'm reporting Poshmark to the Better Business Bureau cause stealing money from people who supposed to be training to be employee's for your company is absolutely wrong & immortal. Poshmark is evil & should be shut down for good.
Really Bad Customer Service
I only bought from Poshmark (didn’t use it to sell) and it’s not a bad site IF the seller is honest and gives accurate info, but if there’s a problem, Poshmark’s Customer Service is useless. About 10-15% of the 50+ items I bought weren’t as described. I usually just suffered the loss but some items were so dramatically different that it was easy to prove this with pics & measurements, so I followed their protocols & requested a return. Poshmark consistently refused, even if the seller had agreed to the return. At best they gave me a $5 credit & told me to “reposh” the item. Had this experience enough times to delete my account.

Do not buy from poshmark, they don't care about customer, they only carry about their commission. I received the bag has lot of broken parts (leather, wax, stitching) that's not showing in seller's ad on poshmark and poshmark won't let me return. I don't even think the bag is real as the patterns and stitching job are so bad, BTW, this is a Celine bag. I have contacted my bank and discuss if I should get law enforcement involved as the item is possible not real.

They are only interested in people who start stores. Used to be that you could sell name brand and designers items. It’s hard to use confusing and I’m thinking is one step away from closing. You can’t get this many bad reviews over several platforms and stay in business
