Long time coming-customer service unable to give carrier information- I was on the point of cancelling when informed of delivery- have not received physical item as I am out of the country on holiday

Did both dogs yesterday just brilliant 👏

The packages we quite badly bashed which is disappointing as I plan to give these as gifts

It should be nil stars!!! I placed an order on 13/6 and as the item was still not shipped after almost 3 weeks, I requested my order be cancelled for a refund in line with their terms and conditions as follows;
"Canceling is simple and free as long as your order hasn’t left our facility or entered production. You’re entitled to a full refund in these cases. The moment the package is handed to the carrier, though, cancellation is no longer possible. Keep in mind that standard order processing takes 2-7 days."
They confirmed in their own email that the item had not been picked up by the courier, but still refused to cancel my order!! Shocking customer service

Horrific Company - AVOID!

Placed 2 orders, same item, different colour. Should have been the same order value but they felt the need to add additional costs to the second order. Postage was more, they added insurance and added 35% VAT! Tried to cancel it but for several days they came up with different stories until it was too late. I eventually got a refund but for the first order. PayPal were useless and this greedy company got to keep some of the additional costs

The packaging was not good. The brush face was squashed and had to be straightened.

Although they took a time for delivery, the quality is good and heavy so hopefully will last a while. It was easy to order from the company and I thought value for money.

Terrible company, do not buy anything from them. Auto address was wrong, I advised them immediately and received confirmation that address had been changed. The. Tracking notice informed me they were sent to original address IN AUSTRALIA!! I live in UK. They have not responded to any emails since. Shocking experience and £30 I’ll never see again.

Have a large fish pond green water bad did a partial water change and put in some tablets so far not any difference even tried them in a bucket of water from the pond and no difference.

There is no return and refund process so don’t buy unless you’re certain you want the item. Very disappointed I only got back 1/3 of what I spent. Wouldn’t have bought had I known this.
