As a Christmas gift for my husband, I commissioned Kate to create an oil painting of my husband and me from our wedding photo. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the painting once it arrived! Kate was able to maintain a high level of detail of our figures while also making the outdoor scenery (sprawling farm land with a sunset) around us look even more beautiful than the original picture. We could not be happier with the result, and we look forward to showcasing the painting in our home in the years to come!

In addition to Kate's excellent artistic abilities, she is very easy to communicate with and was flexible with our requests regarding the design of the painting. She was also transparent with the timeline for completing the painting, and she reviewed with us a proof of the painting before creating and shipping the final version. Kate created a picture of my father in law with my son who he never got to meet before he passed away. It was great that she was able to create a painting of them together. It turned out wonderful and I will definitely be using her again in the future.
