I have worked with Ashley on a number of property purchases.

Overall, I have found Ashley to be a reliable and knowledgeable deal sourcer. He has a good eye for identifying opportunities and has been helpful throughout the process, from assessing the numbers and potential of a property through to progressing the deals.

What I particularly value is his practical approach and willingness to look at the deal from an investment perspective rather than simply trying to sell a property. Having completed several purchases through him, I have built a good level of trust in his judgement.

There are always things that can be improved in any property transaction, and I have also learned from the occasional challenges along the way.

That said, Ashley has sourced several properties for me and I would be happy to work with him again. Four transactions is a pretty good indication that I see genuine value in the service he provides.

I’ve recently completed my first property project working with Ashley and it’s been a great experience.

One of the biggest things Ashley brings to the table is the system and network he’s built around him. He has a very good team of people covering the different parts of the process and knows exactly where and when to delegate, which takes a huge amount of the time and stress away from me. With me already running my own businesses, that was one of the main reasons I wanted to work with someone like Ashley in the first place.

At the same time, I’ve never felt disconnected from the project. Ashley keeps me involved, explains the reasoning behind decisions and is always happy to share his knowledge and experience. I’ve learnt a lot from working with him on my first project, which for me is just as valuable as the service itself.

On a personal level, I also genuinely enjoy working with Ashley. He’s someone I get along with, trust and have built a very good relationship with. What stands out to me is that he genuinely wants the people he works with to do well.

I’ve always found Ashley to be genuine. What he says is what he means, and what he says he’ll do, he does. That goes a long way when you’re trusting someone with a property project and a significant amount of money.

I’m already looking at further projects with Ashley and I think that probably says more than anything else. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to someone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy partner to help them invest in property.

Ashley has been instrumental in helping me complete my first property flip, from sourcing the right opportunity right through to managing the project and getting it to sale.

He is knowledgeable, approachable and great at sourcing good deals. It’s got to the point now when I don’t even really need to do my DD (although obviously I do) as what he says about a deal is bang on. This type of sourcer is rare! He also has a great team around him you can use and trust.

If he offers you a deal take it, that would be my advice!
