À Éviter Absolument : Portabl, un Exemple de Malhonnêteté
Mon parcours avec Portabl, débuté le 3 septembre 2022, reste une expérience douloureuse et consternante. Après avoir passé commande et n'ayant pas reçu les produits, j'ai demandé un remboursement. Au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à un enchaînement de promesses non tenues et de déceptions. La société a joué avec ma patience, promettant un remboursement qui n'est jamais venu.
Face à leur incapacité à rembourser, j'ai exigé l'envoi des produits, pour me voir répondre qu'il faudrait attendre encore deux mois pour une "nouvelle production". Le comble est que Portabl continue de vendre sur Amazon avec des délais de livraison bien plus courts. Cette contradiction n'est pas seulement frustrante, elle soulève des questions sérieuses sur leur intégrité et leur honnêteté.
En décembre 2023, cette douloureuse expérience est toujours en cours, sans aucune résolution en vue. Les agissements de Portabl sont un cas d'école de pratiques commerciales trompeuses et déloyales. Je déconseille fortement toute interaction avec cette entreprise et suggère de se tourner vers des options plus respectueuses et fiables. Leur manque de professionnalisme et de respect pour les clients est flagrant et inexcusable.

Comme Sony avec la PlayStation 5 ou Tesla avec leurs voitures et bien d'autres acteurs, la production est devenue très compliquée à gérer d'autant plus que le secteur a beaucoup souffert des récents événements, mais heureusement nous avons approché de grands fournisseurs pour surmonter ces problèmes et réduire les délais de production considérablement.
Le produit semble satisfaire toutes les personnes qui l'ont reçu jusqu'à présent. 68 + emails, zero product received
Originally ordered 2/21/2019.
I email Portabl (and whatever they were called prior) every couple months asking where my product is. For (I believe) the last 3 years I've been told just two more months until we ship products. I've literally been using the same email thread for every single contact with them. It's absurd how many similar (possibly identical) replies I've received from them from my bimonthly check-ins. They changed names and killed their old website without even notifying me (or possibly anyone else). I had to find out about the name change from a forum like this where everyone is accusing them (possibly rightly) of being complete frauds.
A company that has issues filling half a decade of past due orders SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTING MONEY FOR MORE ORDERS!
I feel their integrity is severely lacking on that one point alone... even if you ignore the rest.

My experience is not dissimilar to the…
My experience is not dissimilar to the other reviewers/buyers who have all been deceived into purchasing and paying for a product that is not delivered, followed by umpteen promises of delivery delays and refunds. It is time that a class action suit is initiated by all the disgruntled/impoverished customers to get their money back, based on the blatant misrepresentation of the company.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would, I see I’m not alone in receiving neither my order nor my refund. This company is full of apologies for failures in its systems, but does nothing to rectify them. I am amazed at how often I see their advertisements on Instagram and my comments that I leave there(asking when I’ll see my refund) taken down. Not addressed. How can anybody trust a company that is so messy in its practices? Apologies are cheap and freely given but that’s not what I want. I want my refund? I’ve put in the application form and I’ve contacted them on a weekly basis I always get an apology. I have not received my money. How can this company continue to operate under such circumstances?
As you can see below the CEO of the company does not seem to have read the review. I no longer trust the company and I want my money back. I have no trust until that happens.

Cela fait un an que j'ai annulé ma commande et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé. C'est un scam.
La réponse de portabl n’est pas valable car la question n’est pas sur le produit mais sur la qualité de l’entreprise. Une commande est validée sans frais de leur cote puisque rien n’est envoyé ni livré, ils doivent être en mesure de rembourser immédiatement. Ce qui n’est toujours pas le cas.

I don't want to give it a 1 star review. We ordered in 2019, and we still have not received our portabl. Shipping address is the same. We emailed back n forth with a man named Archie. Stating the same bull crap that is being copied and pasted. Seen portabl recently advertising it on tiktok. Of course I commented. That post was no longer and deleted. This is a complete scam and don't bother pasting your bullcrap. No product ! No refund! Thieves and trash..Prosecute!

FRAUD!!!!!!!
It looks like I'm not the only one who discovered the hard way that this company is a fraud.
I originally reserved my unit during the kickstarter over 4 years ago. After waiting well over 2 years, they finally claimed to have release the units for shipping, but not the unit I ordered. No worries, I was so excited until I found out the 17" unit was actually a 15" unit designed for 17" laptops.... NOT what I was expecting.
Here's the fraud... I requested my refund about a year and a half ago. I ALWAYS get a reasonably quick response from customer service, BUT.... That response is always been (6 or 7 times now over the last 1.5 years), "... your request for refund is still pending...."
So, you can claim to be "... a small company without the manpower....", but 1.5 years is NOT a legitimate company that is a little behind. 4 years waiting for a product and 1.5 Years waiting for a refund is FRAUD

Commande de 2016 toujours pas reçue
J'ai passé commande en décembre... 2016 !!! Il y a bientôt 7 ans !
Ce sont de vrais voleurs, à chaque fois que je demande une date de livraison, ils me donnent une nouvelle excuse pour le retard. Peut-on parler encore de retard au bout de 7 ans d'attente ?
Ils m'ont tout simplement volé 500€, en toute impunité.
Il est temps que la justice se mêle à ça, je ne comprends pas comment cette société peut encore exister.

Rien de nouveau, même situation que sur d'autres personnes. J'attends depuis un an la livraison du produit jamais arrivé mais toujours des excuses bidon 🙄.
Je décide de demander un remboursement et 4 mois après toujours rien. J'ai indiqué dans mon dernier mail ma déception, je suis auto entrepreneur, 600 euros n'est pas anodin pour la trésorerie, je ne paye pas mon loyer avec les excuses du CEO.
C'est une arnaque. Je vais essayer de passer à une plainte officielle, c'est vraiment incroyable qu'ils continuent à vendre sur internet.

Comment faire pour récupérer votre argent ?!?
* Comme vous tous, j'ai acheté mon slide (avril 2022) et je ne l'ai jamais rien reçu, à part des excuses de plus en plus bidons.
* Décembre 2022, je demande un remboursement que je ne recevrai pas non plus.
* J'ai même écrit à Test-Achat pour que leur service juridique puisse faire quelque chose. Mais la société Portabl (à vrai dire : "120 Pixels SPRL") ne leur a jamais répondu sauf par un "problème résolu". Ce qui n'était pas le cas bien sûr.
* Ensuite, j'ai pris contact avec l'émission "On n'est pas des pigeons". Ils m'ont contacté qu'ils ne pourraient rien faire pour moi car ce problème-là avait déjà été soulevé par d'autres auditeurs et la société Portabl (120 Pixels SPRL) ne leur répondait jamais non plus.
* Je contacte donc la SPE Economie (contact @ mediationconsommateur.be). Cela prend un peu de temps mais ils n'ont pas de réponse positive non plus de Portabl (120 Pixels SPRL).
* Ce lundi 9 octobre 2023, la SPE Economie me signale qu'ils ont ouvert un dossier contre la société "120 Pixels SPRL" (avec un numéro de référence qui m'est propre) et que je dois envoyer mon document de personne lésée au Parquet du Procureur du Roi de Mons (rue de Nimy 28 à 7000 Mons).
* Ce lundi 9 octobre, je préviens Portabl que j'ai reçu ce document et je leur laisse un dernier ultimatum (remboursement pour ce vendredi).
* Et oooh grande surprise, ce mardi 10 octobre ce REMBOURSEMENT ETAIT SUR MON COMPTE BANCAIRE.
* J'ai bien sûr quand même écrit au Parquet du Procureur du Roi pour signaler leur agissement.
Si mon vécu peut vous aider à vous faire rembourser...

I bought this product on the 21 November 2021 for €548 including shipping. I got every excuse in the book as to why it hadnt arrived; covid, manufacturing delays, semi conductors blah blah blah. I requested a refund and again.. excuses...backlogs blah blah blah.
This company is fraudulent. They continue to take peoples money with no intention of ever fulfilling any orders or returning any refunds. Something really needs to be done to see that these people are prosecuted, sued and imprisoned. I live in Australia but what is the local authority to report fraud in Belgium.
