I ordered the unit in January 2023 and followed up regularly. Only fake promises and responses received. Looks like lost my 500 euros .
Now all emails are bouncing back and looks like a complete scam.
Any help - How do I recover my money from these shameless company??

Bonjour, J'ai déposé plainte et suis en contact avec l'avocat/curateur, en charge du dossier et qui assure notre défense. Déposez une déclaration de créance contre cette entreprise sur REGSOL. Aux plus nous sommes à porter plainte, au plus nous augmentons nos chances qu'ils nous remboursent vu qu'ils essayent d'échapper à la justice.

Han vuelto a cambiar de dominio y de nombre pero son los mismos que yourslide y slidenjoy. Su estrategia es que compran un nuevo dominio, inversión en votos favorables y según van estafando gente, los votos se vuelven en su contra. Están denunciados pero siguen con las mismas prácticas. No os dejéis engañar por favor.

Read the other reviews that people have left and you'll see that the company even uses BS auto replies, but never makes anything right with the people they cheat. It's always one excuse after another.

It's now been EIGHT YEARS, and they still claim they don't ship because of supply shortages, but in their responses to negative reviews they say "everyone that has received it is happy". But they don't ship to people who ordered from them to fulfill the order.

Like everybody else, I am ready to admit that I have been completely scammed by these people.

I placed my order in 2016, only two receive fatuous and insulting emails where the owners would say that they have just received their prototype, they will be shipping in the next month, only to hear nothing back. And then when you reached out to them, they would say that they have encountered some sort of delay, and deny that they ever said anything about shipping anytime soon.

Then in 2019, they “re-organized“ everyone’s order numbers, apparently so that it would not be visible that people have been waiting for three years.

They also started to promise that they would give monthly updates on the progress of things, only to then not hear anything at all for months on end. And if you were lucky enough to reach out and get any sort of answer from their customer service, you felt bad for the customer service agent because clearly they were being given a script to read.

It wouldn’t have been so bad, if their lies were not, on top of everything else, intellectually insulting.

At one point I sent him a message saying “I literally have your email saying that you will be shipping MY ORDER GROUP in the next month, and now you are telling me that your product hasn’t even been manufactured, AT ALL”… to which they would copy and paste the exact same BS message as the previous time.

And the best/funniest part of all of this is how the owners sent out an email, and get this! Basically saying how THEY feel insulted because people would contact them either by email or telephone or even some folks showing up to their place of work, to yell at them for being scam artists!! THE OWNERS FELT WRONGED because they had screwed and lied to people, and those people got angry!! That is some serious gaslighting!

In reading the other one star reviews here, and seeing that not only have they rebranded themselves without sending any sort of communication, but now they are again giving some lie about how they are shipping the products out. And yet the people who have been waiting the longest, certainly have not received their items, nor even the slightest courtesy email saying “we now have a new name, and you will be receiving your product on a certain date“

At this point, I have to assume that this company is owned by a bunch of thieves, and all I can really do is try to warn other people to avoid them at all costs. I genuinely feel sorry for the lower level employees that work there, wife you’ll have also been scammed into believing in the company.

I see that the company has responded to several people on December 28, 2021, saying how “they feel sad that the customers are upset, and that people are receiving their shipments even now, yada yada yada.“ At this point, the only way that I would believe that anything coming from the company is other than a bald-faced lie is if I actually were to, by some miracle, actually receive the product. But since I am completely certain that that will never happen, I do not feel like I am losing anything by sharing my experiences with them, and warning other people to stay away.

I never got my product... I spent quite a bit of money on this product when it was slide-n-joy and I would like to be able to use it before it becomes obsolete from VR.

It’s been 7 months and still haven’t got my order. First I got feedback on my messages but now it’s radio silence.

Ne pas acheter ce produit même en justice, ils ont obtenu gain de cause et vous ne serez jamais remboursé. J'essaye depuis un mois alors que j'attends mon produit depuis bientôt 3 ans. Aucune raison potable n'a été donnée et aucun remboursement n'a été effectué.

Bitte nicht auf diesen fake hereinfallen. Ein ziemlich guter web-Auftritt und schneller Support, um die Käufer hinzuhalten.

Enorme arnaque. Je fais partie des backers du tout début. Bientôt dix ans et toujours rien malgré des promesses sans cesse renouvelées. Slidenjoy qui est devenu Portabl qui est devenu The Portable Monitor continue de proposer des écrans à vendre, clame partout qu'ils ont du stock, mais on laissé des milliers de backers dans le vent. Ce sont des voleurs de la pire nature. Ayant demandé un remboursement, ils n'ont simplement pas répondu et effacer mon compte sur leur site. Elle est pas belle la vie ? Leur siège à Rue de Moncheret 31 Gerpinnes en Belgique. Allez voir le manoir qu'ils ont acheté avec notre argent volé !

Bonjour, Même situation pour moi, commande fait en 2021, plein de message d'attente et quand finalement je demande le remboursement, plus de nouvelle. Je lis que la société à fait faillite donc es ce que quelqu'un connait un recours possible. J'avais envoyer le formulaire de refund en Avril 2024

Placed my order in Nov 2019. Never delivered the product ordered. Requested for the refund, submitted the paperwork, but no refund ever. Sent emails to Support many times, no response. I cannot even log in to the site and requested for reset of password, nothing happened. I do not know what to do with this any more...

ARNAQUE ! J'ai fait partir des kickstarters, j'ai confirmé et payé ma commande en 2019 (ou VOU ne verrez pas) ,apres 3 changements de noms, des messages de patience en veux-tu en voilà, aujorud'hui impossible de me loguer avec mon compte sur leur site, ma commande a disparu et plus de réponses au mails....A FUIR ! j'ai perdu 300€ ! Merci

Betrug: wie schon viele bereits geschrieben haben, denke ich auch, dass es Betrug ist. Ich warte schon über ein Jahr auf die bestellten Monitore. Jetzt verlangte ich meine €440 zurück. Nun meldet sich niemand mehr von portabl.

Lors de l'annonce, début 2017 (il y a SEPT ANS), j'ai précommandé mon écran, j'ai payé le solde plus tard.

Et depuis, on me promet (quand on peut les joindre) que mon écran me sera livré au prochain arrivage.

Ce qui m'inquiète, c'est que ces écrans se "vendent" sur Amazon, que vraisemblablement, ils sont livrés, mais que moi, on me dit qu'il va .. arriver .. bientôt.

Je suis patient, mais, je crains fort que je ne me sois fait arnaquer.

Donc, je dirais DANGER !!!

bonjour j'écris ce message pour les gens qui le verront bon moi depuis fevrier 2024 j'ai reçu mon colis apres 2 ans d'attente mais bref , en ce qui concerne cette entreprise le curateur ma contacter pour me dire que l'entreprise en question a fait faillite juridique en gros il y a eu une audience au tribunal ce 27 mai et donc l'entreprise a été fermer je pense car le site est en maintenance long terme je pense , et donc voila c'étais pour vous tenir au courant .

Bericht gekregen van de curator en gerecht dat de firma achter Portabl failliet verklaard is. Wij hebben ons burgerlijke partij gesteld in rechtszaak tegen portabl/slidenjoy/120 pixels sprl.
Veel kans dat veel gedupeerden niks zullen ontvangen en hun geld kwijt zijn.
Intussen lopen de reclame en dergelijke wel nog verder op social media… 🙄

Achat fais il y a 3 semaines, j'ose encore croire qu'avec du retard mon produit arrivera un jour, mais je n'ai plus aucune réponse de l'entreprise après mon achat... Si je ne reçois aucun mail dans les jours qui viennent, malgré une bonne dizaine de mails sans réponses, je ferais surement un recours beaucoup moins sympa qu'un mail à l'entreprise. Le problème n'est pas tellement le retard, mais plutôt le silence de l'entreprise et surtout le mensonge sur les délais, on se sent juste pris pour des pigeons

J'ai passé commande en 2022 et depuis, je relance tous les deux mois pour recevoir toujours la même réponse : "Merci de patienter encore deux mois." À l'origine, le site s'appelait Portabl, mais ils ont changé de nom de domaine et de site. Mon ancien compte ne fonctionne plus sur la nouvelle plateforme. Ces pratiques sont scandaleuses. J'aurais aimé être averti de cette supercherie bien plus tôt.
