I have just completed my latest purchase from Porsche Norwich. I must say their customer service is superb. From the warmest of welcome from the staff on the front desk to the engagement with sales staff which was faultless. Excellent product knowledge, always on hand to offer advice. The after sales vehicle master classes are also a great addition to the service. With previous vehicle I have also found their after sales staff similarly engaging. Definately a 5 star experience.

We have now bought several Porsche models from the Porsche Centre Norwich, our latest purchase is our venture into a full electric Macan.
So we went to see James Ulph, our sales representative who explained all there is to know about the car, helped us design it and even arranged for a full 24 hour test drive which we are so grateful for as it fully convinced us that it really is as awesome as it looks.

We have been loyal / happy customers since the opening of Porsche Norwich — owning a 911 Turbo & a Macan GTS - really disappointed with recent experience - purchased a car from another Porsche centre, but still part of the same Lind Group & it’s been an absolute disaster - Taycan with multiple software issues, Norwich being our nearest dealership haven’t been that willing to help - tried to book car in to resolve & a 3 week+ wait & no courtesy car - received the update in Norwic, but did not resolve all issues & advised another 3+ week wait to book in again! Ended up having to take the car to Tonbridge to get update / fix done sooner - car is now great but feel customer service has really fallen short & certainly not what we’ve previously experienced - emailed Dealer Principle @ Norwich to express dissatisfaction & no response - very sad about it as always championed Porsche & their amazing customer service - just feel very let down & upset by recent experience….

Again Porsche Norwich have exceeded my expectations

Once again the team at Porsche Norwich way out performed expectations, I called on the Tuesday due to the serpentine belt failing, I explained the issue and that I was due to go to Scotland on a weeks road trip with the car on the Saturday, Sam quoted with a recommendation of a pulley replacement too and said if the RAC dropped it off asap they would do all they could to allow me to take the Macan away, unfortunately the RAC don't perform in the same way and eventually got the car to the Centre on Thursday afternoon, at this point I had all but given up hope on taking the Macan away, however the team absolutely pulled it out of the bag and had the car ready to collect on Friday afternoon with a health check and clean. Fantastic service, thank you

I’ve been to a couple of Porsche dealerships and my experience dealing with Norwich Porsche has been the best by far. This is now the 2nd car I have purchased from them and I won’t ever buy a Porsche from anywhere els. Ed was my sales person and he was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and very knowledgeable. All there staff there can’t do enough to help.

Fabulous service from all staff at OPC Norwich. The wonderful welcome from Phillippa, quality coffee and genuine enthusiasm of the staff. Martin and John were my contacts to get the car sorted with an MOT and reset of the service indicator which was done promptly and timely whilst we waited. Joey as usual was welcoming and stopped to talk to us which is such a pleasure rarely found in a dealership once the deal is done a lot of the competitors could learn from the way this dealership works. Thank you all.

Had the used car 2 months. Poor service as fully booked for 3 weeks and no loan cars for 3 weeks. Car electrics continuously cut out and interior soaking wet. I assume they will accept that this car is not fit for purpose and replace it

I bought a gorgeous Carrera S4 Cabriolet from Porsche Norwich last week and have nothing but the highest praise for James and his colleagues on the whole customer experience journey: from the test drive a week earlier; to the pick-up itself; and the care and kindness shown by James to my wife and I throughout. James continues to be very responsive to my follow-up queries and I'll be keen to maintain this new relationship with the dealership.

Had a great experience dealing with Joey and Michael at Porsche in Norwich. Excellent efficient service when sourcing and selecting my new car. The service was exceptional, the car was presented to a great standard, nothing was too much trouble and delivery was arranged nice and quick. Would highly recommend compared to other main dealers I have dealt with. Look forward to my next purchase with them.

Purchased a used Macan. Upon receiving the log book I noticed an extra owner over the on line description. 7 months into ownership another OPC has diagnosed the start of the transfer box failing. Communication very poor to resolve agreed issues with the car after purchasing online then inspecting upon collection. The other OPC in this group is great but unfortunately this is not the case @ Norwich.

Fantastic dealership, very friendly & welcoming team. The selection of cars available was also very impressive. There was no pressure from the sales team to make a rushed decision.
I will definitely be buying my next Porsche from Norwich.

We recently attended Norwich OPC (Porsche Centre) for a ‘Master-class’ on the fantastic Porsche Macan we purchased from them a few weeks ago.

We were greeted by two very polite and very professional female staff members-named Summer and Baisha. Both were extremely helpful and made us feel really comfortable and indeed, at home.
Summer’s masterclass was really excellent and my wife learn a lot more about the car than she had known previously. And Baisha was equally helpful and made us feel very welcome as well as offering us drinks and pastries too. Both couldn’t do enough for us and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

If you’re thinking of taking a trip to the Norwich Porsche OPC, then do so as you’ll be made to feel very welcome, and you never know you may end up buying one of their lovely cars, like we did😊

Remember the poster on your wall of a Porsche 911 and the dream of owning it one day! Well after many years of hard work my dream finally came true. The reality would not have been so special an experience had it not been for Porsche Norwich. Throughout the whole buying process they where attentive and their advice was unbiased, sensible and vital when making an expensive purchase. I will always remember buying my first Porsche and hopefully this will be the start of a great journey with this dealership. Thanks to Adam, Michael, James and the reception staff for all there help..... simply just amazing! Thanks again.

What an amazing experience it has been buying a nearly new car from Porsche Norwich. From the moment i was greeted in reception to the moment I drove away in my new (to me) car, it has been all been top class.

Over a period of a few days, I was given all the time I needed to explore the range of cars. Joey, was outstanding at guiding me through the huge amount of choices, answering any questions both on the phone and face to face along the way, nothing was too much trouble.

Picking up the car with my son was a memorable experience, Joey remembered he was coming and remembered all the details I mentioned about him which resulted in my son (11 yrs old) having a really exciting experience when Joey talked to him. He’s no longer a McLaren fan, he’s a Porsche fanatic as a result.

No pressure selling, no gimmicks or tricks, just patience, knowledge and the ability to really deliver.

Porsche definitely went the extra mile for me, I appreciate the cars are expensive compared to other brands but, don’t they just make you feel like you want to keep going back. Let’s hope it’s the start of a great relationship.

I have used Porsche Centre Norwich since the day it opened for my Macan S.
However we moved recently to Letchworth Hertfordshire only to find speed cameras everywhere. Something of a rarity in Norfolk.
I therefore needed to use Google Maps rather than the Porsche Navigation. I couldn’t get my Mobile to even find Apple Car Player.
I thought of calling Porsche Hatfield but instead tried Norwich.
The whole service team were excellent. We tried a few basic diagnostics on the phone then Martin put me through to Fraser their techy expert.
He jumped in a similar car in Norwich and I sat in mine 90miles away and step by step he finally set up Apple Car Player and Maps.
Definitely went the extra mile. 6 stars from me
