I logged in to the account and was trying to explore popups. While doing, I got stuck and started the chat support and they were so quick in resolving my doubts. Excellent support. Looking forward with same service in the future.

The support was great. All the issues were resolved.

Poptin's customer service used to be great. I'd get a response back to my emails usually withing 24 hours.

I have been dealing with Osama since the beginning when I joined Poptin around the summer of 2023.

Well things started to change.

On June 3rd 2025 I wrote to him. No response.

I wrote again on July 5th and he responded.

He was supposed to test if the WP plugin was causing problems with my site.

I wrote him on July 8th. No response.

I wrote him on July 29th, no response.

I wrote him to another email thread on August 5th, STILL NO RESPONSE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE NOW TO JUST IGNORE ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Ich wollte bei meinem Arzt einfach nur einen Termin buchen und auf einmal hatte ich ein Konto bei Poptin, habe mich an den Kundenservice gewand und sie haben alles Rückgängig gemacht. Der Service war schnell, nett und zuvorkommend.

The representatives responded quickly, identified a bug in displaying YouTube video in my Poptin, tested and duplicated the problem, escalated it and resolved it within a short time frame. Great customer service.

You wont believe it, but... there is a real expert, a real human being responding your request. Fabulous.

I’ve been testing the free version for a few days now. So far, I’ve had a few issues with the settings, but support has been quick and helpful in resolving them.
