The popper is cute and functional, the packaging was exceptional BUT...This thing gets hotter than hot lava from MT Kilauea! No mention of this or a vent hole that shoots scalding hot oil out during the popping process. Children should NEVER use this! I have to wear 2 of my "Ove' Gloves" when using this contraption. The popcorn is good but I can make the same stuff in my whirly pop for 1/3 the price and not get third degree burns.
Developed a problem with popper. Contacted the company and no questions asked a new one was shipped within 2 days. That's service not to mention the best popcorn I have ever made. The popper and coconut oil are the keys!!
Complete garbage! Got it for Father’s Day from my college aged kids who spent their own money and it popped one (1) bowl of popcorn! Pulled it out last night (6/28) so it is 11days out of the box and it doesn’t spin, doesn’t pop a single kernel and as I transfer the contents to the old Whirlleypop two washers fall out of the Pop Smith! Purchased through Williams Sonoma so hoping to get the kids money back. Stay away from this complete GARBAGE!
I can't say enough good things about Popsmith! From the moment I placed my order to the first time I used it, everything exceeded expectations. The machine is sleek, modern, and super easy to use—perfect for movie nights or anytime I’m craving that fresh, theater-style popcorn. The quality of the popcorn is fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and way better than store-bought. Plus, I love the fun and engaging branding; it really adds to the experience. Customer service was also top-notch and shipping was fast. Highly recommend Popsmith to anyone who loves great popcorn and a stylish kitchen gadget!
Right out of the box, Popsmith felt like something special. The packaging was clean and well-done, and my kids were immediately excited to try it out. The popper itself has a solid, high-quality feel, more like a legit kitchen appliance than a gimmick.
It was super easy to use, and the popcorn came out amazing. Light, crispy, and full of flavor. Way better than what we used to make on the stove or in the microwave. It really does taste like movie-theater popcorn, and now it’s become our go-to for family movie nights.
Absolutely love my buttery yellow popper.
Popcorn has always been my 'go to' snack. Whether it's salted, salted and lightly buttered, or any other flavor combination (think watermelon, tahin, salt, and lime - to die for) - I could eat it every day. The beautiful thing about PopSmith is that I can have a freshly popped and healthy treat in under a few minutes without all the added harsh chemicals or issues with alternative popcorn methods.
