In dealing with an Out of State seller, Pops made the process very easy and worked with my bank to make the closing hassle free. Closing consultant Sandra Lake did n excellent job.

I was quite apprehensive about buying a used RV from a private party due to the potential risk. I discovered the pre-owned RV I was looking for via Popsells.com and they made the process quite simple and straightforward every step of the way. I was impressed and highly pleased with each of the team members I worked with throughout the process. An excellent experience and have nothing but good things to say about them! Highly recommend them!

We negotiated to a point where we all agreed and our Broker said he would call us back the evening or the very first thing in the morning. We waited and no phone call? We also sent a person who stated he was a manager of the closing process Dave R. We emailed him and no call back. We also emailed our closing Co Ordinator, Tracy Howard, no response again. Paul Herman was our rep and Joseph Spadafina represented the seller, no call backs again. We wasted time and thousands in travel to turn around and have your commissioned salesman lie about getting back with you along with Pop Sells Colleagues. My advice be careful.

Everyone involved was absolutely awesome. We had no problems getting help from anyone when we needed it. My wife and I will definitely use Popsells if we ever want to sell our boat or RV.

Was easy once we had a time and date for inspection. Pop took care of my titling per my request as well as provided a list of their preferred inspectors. All in all the transaction was smooth and closing is very fast if you come to the deal prepared.

Tracy made my closing experience stress free and easy. She was there throughout the whole process and even called me to follow up to ask if I had any questions or concerns.
When I would call her to ask several questions she was always available to answer my questions. We closed on 3/25/26 and I received my all my documents the very next day which was unbelievable.
In todays age of sub-par customer service in this world it was a breath of fresh air to have someone like Tracy at Popsells make my closing experience second to none.
I know 5 stars is popsells max stars for excellence.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend selling or buying an RV through this company. I worked with Paul Hardensen, Frank Skaw, and his friend with the mustache, the process raised several concerns for me. Rather than allowing normal due diligence—such as viewing the coach, test driving it, having an RV tech inspect it, or even submitting an offer first—they seemed focused on getting paperwork signed immediately, along with titling information and a deposit. I was also told the deposit was refundable, which later became unclear. They just continued to play games and pass me around 3 various sales reps, to try and psychologically get me to break. It was the same song & dance for almost 2 weeks.

The fact that a buyer cannot properly see the coach or submit an offer before being pushed into those steps created more red flags than a Chinese Parade.

The broker Elle Morrison, who coordinated and helped complete the deal was simply fantastic.
Her communication was always timely. She helped to smooth over a couple minor issues and ultimately, she was the reason I felt confident enough to be wiring a significant amount of money to a company I had no first hand experience with, and was 2 states away.

In addition to Elle, the finance gal, Lauren was equally great at communication. Everything was completed as promised. Paperwork was delivered to me in most convenient way possible.

Overall, Elle and Lauren were superb. I would work with these individuals and this company again, without hesitation.

My experience with Pops have been very smooth selling. Communication between advocates was my biggest concern but Pops have exceeded that. Shout out to Hannah Kelly for making things happen

Pop RV was so easy to work with, kept me up to date with weekly progress reports and were very responsive once an offer was made. My experience was top-notch, everyone was so nice and very professional and they were a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Pop RV!

I drove 15 hrs to buy a boat that was ill represented. I was hoping that buying out of state having a Pop Yachts representative would give me more peace of mind. I asked questions before driving out of state , like does the owner know of anything that does not work. I was told everything worked. I have a long list of things that do not work. There was a key high dollar item listed that did not work, but the owner did not tell us until we got there. It just turned out not to be a great deal and would have rather dealt with facebook marketplace.

Second time using Pop Yachts/ RV.
Once selling my boat, and again buying my RV.
No worries and the best experience each time....POP makes your life so much easier. From my field representative Jim Munnell to my office "closing coordinator" Trish Thompson better than best. When i decide to buy another boat I will call on POP again and again. No stress whatsoever.

Good experience and got the boat sold fairly quick. Weekly updates and easy process closing the sale. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I was selling an rv on this site. A lady was looking to buy it and came for an inspection. Mind you we haven't dusted in there. Hasn't been used in a year plus. The lady was extremely rude. Claimed the pictures on the advertisement were stock which they clearly weren't. It's a used rv and she lost it over a couple cat claw marks on the couch. When she got back to the pop ppl she told them it was extremely dirty. Showed them pictures she took of dust. Legit dust. Didn't know I needed to fully detail it for the inspection.... pop told me that this is unacceptable and canceled my add. Extremely rude. It's a used rv for sell lol

I had a great experience working with my boat broker and closing agent. They handled every step of the process smoothly and made sure everything stayed on track from start to finish. They really listened to what I wanted, negotiated a great deal for me, and made the whole purchase feel easy and stress-free. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a boat.

High pressure sales tactics is the only thing these folks know how to do. I work in sales and can spot this type of pressure miles away. While working with Ray on a Surf Boat in February (slowest time of the year) Ray continuously misled me. Saying things like "the market is heating up", "the seller is getting more inquiries" while asking him for basic information such as a build sheet, what options the boat had etc.

Finally when asked directly after he circled back with me he in a round about way admitted he was not in contact with the seller. Ray is in Florida, and the boat is in Illinois.

Long story short many others have experienced the same thing with Pop. I would not recommend them for buying or selling your boat or RV.
