Only Half of my order arrived, my $65.50 item WAS NOT in with the rest of my order, emails from popperoo said all of my order was in the same parcel, I have tried to contact them many times via email, phone, messages & via their website but but they do NOT responded, I have no other way to contact them. The parcel that did arrive had NOT been opened or tampered with, so the $65.50 item was not in there, I feel cheated with no recourse. I Do NOT recommend buying any thing from popperoo, I am now wondering if the other items are genuine

Avoid the scam! Called multiple times to chase bank transfer!! Financial advised this was a scam site

SCAM. After 1 week theyve just provided the tracking without actually send the parcel.
They dont reply to emails.

Fake - I purchased 3 bottles and all were counterfeit. The labels were badly printed and the bottles were the wrong shape with cheap lids. Liquid smelt toxic and definitely not the genuine product.

Absolutely the worst service.
So on website it says free postage after $100 and plus a gift if spend over $150. I spent $100 but it went to charge me postage. I did the Bot chat. That was useless. Apparently someone will get back to you, the don’t. Hanna the Bot told me I should get free postage after $80 which was hilarious. I have sent them an email telling them of my disappointment and the fact I am writing this review. May update this review if they can turn me around.
