Great communication and product received in good condition. Took a while to come but I was told this in advance and there was constant updates along the way, I even received a free gift!

Highly recommend!
Great communication and very prompt delivery! I pre-ordered a Funko Pop figurine - the company confirmed the expected delivery timescales with me, making sure I was happy to go ahead. The item actually arrived sooner than expected and within two days of dispatch.

Hi Claudia, many apologies that your order wasn't send early enough. But currently your order has been sitting at Netherlands customs since 18th October. This is out of my control and I cannot do much to get it released from there. An order tracking has been provided to you which you can chase with your local Post office. Again, apologies for the delay.

Great packaging
Products were packaged very well with individual bubble wrap per item. My order looked perfect and brand new. Website was easy to browse and had some rare collectibles that I could not easily find elsewhere

The pop figure was great condition but did take nearly a month to get to uk only after email to you did you respond but got to say you were in the ball in getting to me so thank you my daughter loved it

I’ll admit to being slightly sceptical about using a website I am unfamiliar with when making this sort of purchase, especially after having previously had a negative experience with another company. The option to purchase using PayPal gave me the confidence that my purchase would be insured. That said, the whole process of the purchase, from ordering to receiving my product (Stephen King Funko Pop) has been smooth and efficient. I received my product within a week of ordering. It was perfectly packaged and the product was received in immaculate condition. I will definitely consider using this seller for any similar purchases in the future. Job well done!

Kept me up to date about my order and when they didn't know when one of my items would be back in stock they refunded me straight away rather than leaving me to wait. Would defo order from here again :)
