Couldn’t give zero stars or I would have. Followed a link on instagram, my first mistake, that took me to Poomelo for a phone case. Bought two and then heard nothing. They arrived out of the blue and are less protective than clingfilm. Horrible plastic and whilst they weren’t expensive, they were expensive for what they are. Do Not Waste Your Time or Money on these cases.

Worst experience ever! I asked them to cancel my order 5 mn after passing it, they found a thousound excuses to don t do it and after they said too late it s shipped! Never do business with this company, it s a scam

Scam, don’t waste your time. I didn’t hear from them for several days so decided to cancel my order for refund as it states on their website. After emailing back and forth another several days they told me they would charge a handling fee even though nothing had been shipped.

Scam. Very poor quality. Arrived in a plastic film. Colour is not even white. Probably could have got the exact same for one euro in Shein. It’s a scam.

I first bought the case and was very satisfied with the look and quality. I dropped my phone a few times😉 and the case protected my phone well with no cracks or dents. And I have had ordered another case recently.

I’ve made 4 purchases and they’ve been great every time. The cases are good quality and ship quickly. Definitely will be buying again in the future!

This is my 3rd purchase from poomelo. I love their sillicon casing, its thick and protects my phone well. It has fallen multiple times and no cracks so far. It also has many nice designs and colours. The items received looks just like the photos posted on their website.

Item is packed well and arrived in good condition.

Bought a case from these guys and was really looking forward to it. However it was damaged when I received it. Also the colour is slight off from the advertised picture which wasn’t what I was expecting.

I contacted customer service saying that the product has a dent on the lens area and also mentioned about the colour difference. The agent told me the colour is fine and the they will send me a replacement lens area. I don’t think this can be replaced without brute force and may also damage the case and its integrity.

I’m quite disappointed by the service as I paid premium price for this. As a company they should have replaced the item or offer me a change of colour.

I hope this review helps people to avoid such bad customer service.

I got the product yesterday finally. OMG this is a really bad product, no box, bad quality, not enough protection to the phone. I don’t understand how come you guys can charge me 20.9 USD for such a bad product, this is fraud!!!

I am so disappointed! I can spend 10 AUD for a good one from Ebay or Amazon, you guys are economical criminals!!!!
