Great service. The sale personnel knew their products.

I spoke to Dustin and he helped me with everything I needed. He went the extra mile to give me quotes of everything I requested. He even helped me with items I had no clue about and explained them all in detail. He waited on hold as I called my husband to see what else we needed. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Absolute stellar customer service. I was updated every few days and any questions I had were immediately answered. I'll certainly be buying from Pool Warehouse in the future.

I bought a handrail. Right after ordering I noticed it was the wrong size. I called the same day to cancel. They didn't respond for several days and then said it was too late to cancel. After several unanswered calls and emails they finally said I could return it. The cheapest return shipping is over $450. That's more than the original item costs. They said there is nothing they can do. Because of their unresponsive customer service, I am now stuck with an unusable expensive hand rail.

Jacinia Candelaria, the customer service representative was great. She followed thru with my problem and made sure it was rectified to my satisfaction.

purchased a saftron ladder from them. On installing the ladder when stepping on it it flexed down then up when getting off. I immediately contacted the manufacture and they said do not use it for your liner pool because it will wear it out. They said there was no support in the arch just the steps to buy another model which has support in the arch so it wont flex up and down. I contacted poolwharehouse and sent them a copy of the email and said I would purchase the more expensive one from them after I returned the ladder that was wrong. They said I could not return the ladder because I used it. For 1 minute maybe, how else would I have noticed the flex. Their description of the ladder never said anything about not to use in inground pools with a liner. After the way I was treated I would never buy anything from this company. I have filed with my credit card company and better business bureau.

I had an excellent experience with Pool Warehouse and cannot say enough about their customer service. Unfortunately, our shipment arrived with significant damage due to what appeared to be mishandling by FedEx—the packaging had clearly been compromised, and several pool components were affected.

Despite this, Pool Warehouse stepped in and made the situation right without hesitation. Renee B. was especially outstanding to work with—she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue quickly. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to get everything we needed to successfully set up our pool without further delay.

We ordered a ladder for our pool and we’re told it was the right one, but it flexes too much for our liner and will put a hole in it if we use it. We tried to return it to them and get the next ladder that does not flex so much and also cost more. They blocked us from their site and will not let us return this ladder. It has never been used only installed, which is easy to take back out box it up and send it back now we have a ladder that we cannot use and it was expensive. The company says they have a 30 day return policy. We contacted them right away.

I paid $169 for a case of 12 tubes of glue, and they only shipped me ONE SINGLE TUBE. When I called to get the missing 11 tubes shipped or get a refund, the manager was incredibly rude, refused to take accountability, and offered no immediate solution. Because of their inability to count inventory or fix their mistake, my build project has been significantly delayed. Do not trust this company with high-value orders or time-sensitive materials. If they mess up your order, they will keep your money and refuse to help

Dustin was great. He was patient, honest and went out of his way to double check something that ended up saving me a big headache. Will definitely use pool warehouse again.

The selection and ordering process was great, Brittany was super helpful and knowledgeable. During the ordering/shipping phase we had questions that were answered very quickly by Amrit in Customer Service which helped us continue planning our installation timeline.

False and misleading shipping promises, terrible customer service, wrote several emails amd never received a response. Worst pool company I ever dealt with. Do not use them, go elesewhere.

After careful research for the perfect pool for our family, we chose the Dubai.Love the pool, neutral color, matches perfect with our home. Was skeptical on the Aqua genie sand filter but it works great. Dustin was great in assisting with the options available.

Since customer pay for the shipping, there is no incentive for the company to cancel the purchase. Got an email notice shortly after I placed the order, I notified the company to cancel the purchase. I even notified the assigned correspondent right away. Called the company first thing in the morning to cancel the purchase. The sales person told me if I don't want to purchase product from a fast shipping company, I should not buy from Poolwarehouse. I sure remember this advice and would not buy anything from Poolwarehouse any more.
BTW, I got an email for review from Poolwarehouse. Since I rated the service with ONE star, the review would not go through.......

Terrible experience all around. ordered a product that said shipping in 1-2 days. It took 2 weeks and me calling countless times and getting terrible customer support to get it finally delivered. The product didn't work, but at no fault of Pool Warehouse, but returning it was awful. They said they would send another one out and in the meantime work on sending back the defective unit. I had to dig through broken down boxes to get the box back and sent it in, then was told the replacement hadn't been sent yet, and it took 2 weeks for it to ship out again even though they said it would be expedited. Customer service was awful and no one seemed to want to take any extra effort or time to help remedy the situation. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

I recently ordered an 8'x8' pad to put under a hot tub. The picture on the site showed 6 panels. When I received the order I only had 3 panels. I read closer and noticed that to make an 8x8 I would need to purchase 2 sets. So I began the process to return the item. Katelyn W. began assisting me. Once the return was approved I was told where to ship the product and that I would be charged a 20-30% restocking fee.

Restocking fee @ 30%: $89
Sales Tax I cannot recoup: $19.91
Total Spent to return: $228.91

Katelyn and I began going back and forth to which she dodged my questions and concerns stating that the return is good for only 30 days. Yet she wouldnt tell me which magic date she showed. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.

So, buyer beware! If you might need to return the product, please don't buy from this company. I'll only be able to recoup a fraction of what I spent doing business with a company behind on times. Never again...

I purchased 4 pulse rotator jets for my pool. We opened the package to examine the part to see if it would work and we determined the job was bigger than what we could do. I immediately called customer service. They sent me an email with questions and I needed to take pictures of the jets. I had the original shipping box and the parts were in their original packages. They were not used - the plastic bag was open. If their return policy is so stringent they should notify the customer upon purchasing. A person can buy, try on and return a bathing suit as long as the sticker is in the bathing suit bottom. I would never buy from this company again.

I recently purchased several parts, and unfortunately one arrived damaged during transit. However, the process to resolve the issue was incredibly simple and stress-free.
