Had very high hopes fir the pony o
But it broke on the first use

Great product, need to get the technique right to keep it tight, but the pony-o is so much better than a band and the bun bar is very quick and much lighter and more comfortable than hair grips. Only down side is the price but I feel they’re worth it so far.

I have loved the pony O from the moment I have used it. I literally use it everyday and so do my daughters now. Never get tangled in the hair and hold really well. Great for the gym. I have quite a few now and one broke and they were great and replaced for me. Would highly recommend. Wouldn’t be without now.

Doesn’t work on my thick and long hair, not as advertised and won’t be ordering again sadly

Ordered 4 different pony o products and they’re all amazing.. this is the first time I’ve been able to wear a high pony tail all day without a headache and it looks so much better than with a normal bobble. I’ve been wanting to order for ages but been put off with previously having to order from America so it’s great we can now get these official products from the U.K. customer service was great & they came in 2 days! I’ve already placed another order 😊

Certainly doesn't hold my hair in place for a long time...not great for the price.

I really hoped this would be brilliant for my long hair but there were no instructions on how to use it and despite every effort I could not figure out how to put my hair up in it without using another hair band first. I will keep trying but it’s not a usual hair and and quite difficult to use.

Not impressed, always told how thick my hair is, so went for the big one, it’s too big. Almost £14 for a hair tie, only makes pony tail sit up a small bit, nothing great about it if u ask me. Very disappointed, and £14 down the shoot.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced and a fantastic product!
It has kept my hair in a beautiful bun all day! No Bobby pins, no having to redo it 12 x and no ripped hair.
I am in love and will be ordering all the colours. I ordered the XL and it was a tight fit with my thick curly hair but once the pony-o was closed it hadn’t moved an inch. Thank you!

This product is not as bendy as it appears in the ad, and is very difficult to fold over to keep hair restrained. I should’ve only bought one, instead of being taken by the lovely colours and buying two. Not good value for money at all.

Really fast delivery and great product. I'm useless at doing my hair on the pony-o gives my hair volume without any effort!

I was skeptical about using a PonyO compared to a normal scrunchie but for the first time I was able to put my hair up all day without it starting to hurt & my hair looked great!

I absolutely love my Pony-o!
I have such thick hair, and wondered if it would hold! But it's honestly the best hair accessory I've used, feels so tight, but doesn't hurt your head at all.
So pleased we have a UK supplier!
