I ordered a poncho from Ponchori in two different sizes, intending to return the size that was unsuitable.
When the ponchos had not arrived within nine days, I attempted to contact the company using the telephone number listed on their website, but the line was constantly engaged. I then sent an email clearly cancelling the order.
Despite this, ten days later I received an email confirming that the items had been dispatched.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to arrange the return of both ponchos. My emails have gone unanswered and the phone line remains constantly engaged.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods and to receive a full refund. I have exercised that right. The lack of response and failure to provide return instructions is unacceptable and falls below reasonable customer service standards.
I will be pursuing a refund and, if necessary, escalating the matter through my payment provider.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company due to their poor communication and apparent disregard for consumer rights.
My experience was exactly like another review on here. Company is Not London, but China. Cheap fabric, rubbish quality. In other words a scam. Emailed for refund, no reply.
Bought a hood/cloak which I later found they were selling for double the price it was on Amazon. The item came from China even though the store is registered in London. The quality was rubbish. Very thin fabric. I tried to return it and found out they have to email them to get the return approved. Sent the email and never heard from them. They have a number on the website to call. Tried that and it's permanently off.
Then find out the company only started in 2026 and is most likely a scam.
