The size of each shirt is very deceptive. A regular polo shirt with sleeves measures differently than a sleeveless shirt. For a first time user this was not clear. My shirt was not only way too smal... Vis mer

Took 3 weeks to arrive...it came from China. Wish I knew that before ordering. Quality was so-so...material felt a bit cheap, but printing was nice.
I contacted support about my package and they responded immediately. In fact, they followed up twice to make sure my package made it to me. I felt really taken care of by their customer service. Shou... Vis mer

Cheaply made & no return policy
I couldn't tell until it arrived, but the material used on the sweatshirt was terrible. Add to this, it didn't even fit how I expected.
After trying to return, the company wouldn't even give a full refund. They only offered me a portion & I needed to pay for shipping.
All in all, not a good experience.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that the sweatshirt didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t match what you were hoping for, especially with added return costs.
Your feedback is important to us and will help us improve both our products and policies moving forward. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Awful return policy
I purchased a shirt. When I received it I did not like it. I wanted to return it. They were only willing to give me 70% of the purchase price and I would have to pay for the shipping cost. In the online world of shopping that policy is highly suspect and substandard. For this reason I will never purchase from them again.

The adult shirt and matching childs dress I ordered was not what was sent from China. The child's dress, dark colors with a sea turtles pattern was correct. But a garish pink shirt with a cockatoo bird on it, rather than the matching turtle shirt was sent. This was not what we ordered! Now I have to figure out how to return a shirt that came from the Peoples Republic of China! What a farce, we thought we were supporting Pacific Islanders.
