I purchased a steam cleaner
I purchased a steam cleaner, but it is faulty straight out of the box, It pumps water rather than steam, occasionally gives a short burst of steam, then nothing. Not fit for purpose. I tried calling yesterday, just got an answering machine, so had no choice other than to email. Email that came back gave troubleshooting tips, then asked for a photo or video of the problem. I am not going to get my phone that close to an item that may or may not produce a random burst of steam, as this could damage my phone, or result in steam burns.
The company have said they will exchange, but I do not want to wait for an exchange, I need a steam cleaner NOW, not in a week or two once they get it back. I want to return for refund - which they state is an option on their web-site, but it seems they will try to pressure me into a replacement. I should not have to wait a week or 2 for the company to get the item back then post out a replacement.
Poor customer service experience has put me off taking a replacement item, as they can not be contacted by phone, and emailing is a slow process
Don’t answer phone
Been phoning all day to get my iron repaired, no answer just an answer phone. Message left at 10.02 am , now 4.22pm and nothing.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a Polti steam iron and after nearly 2 years of fantastic service it would not steam. As it was still under warranty the Polti customer service team suggested some actions on my part but when they didn’t work, they arranged for a courier to collect the iron. Less than a week later it was delivered back, fully repaired. Excellent customer service.

customer service is completely unacceptable
I purchased a Polti steam cleaner that arrived defective right out of the box. I immediately sent it in for repair under warranty – that was more than a month ago. Since then, I have only received excuses (such as delays due to summer holidays in Italy and waiting for spare parts), but no concrete solution and no return of my device.
The customer service is completely unacceptable: no commitment, no transparency, and no effort to provide an alternative or compensation. As a customer, I have been left without a working device for weeks, with no end in sight.
I strongly advise against buying from Polti. If something goes wrong, you should not expect timely help or reliable service.

Contact is difficult, no solution for broken device (4 month old)
I don't know how to contact you. When sending ticket of a technical problem it is not possible to fill and send the ticket. So I used another ticket, but no response. Today again I made a follow up ticket, but I have no idea if it is send or not. The communication with you is not fine. The phone number noone picks up. Besides that; no email possibility.
I almost want to throw the broken coffee device (only 4 months in use and probably thermostat broken) in the bin, because contact is so frustrating. PLEASE HELP ME Polti?!?!?
The device it self was wonderful, until it wasn't (broke down). I don't know if more people have this problem, but hope I didn't bought an inferior item.
(sorry for my english, I am not a native speaker, cause living in the netherlands)
Please fix your customers service and help me out!

Polti Vaparetto SV650
Polti Vaparetto SV650. I recently bought this from an online store in Northern Ireland, when I received it there was an issue with the power. The store themselves didn't even respond to my complaint but luckily I had registered the product immediately with Polti. They were incredible, a lady named Alexandra dealt with my issue and sent me out a brand new machine within days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for their professionalism and their genuine care for their customers. They have earned a lifelong customer here, trust in a company and their brand is crucial for me as a consumer, as a pensioner this was a high end item for me to purchase. I'm currently looking at one of your steam irons and my son has already ordered the same steam cleaner for his house because he loved my one so much. It is a beautiful machine. DO NOT BUY WILL EVENTUALLY STOP PRODUCING STEAM
Polti Vaporetto 100b steam cleaner.
I have four of these machines that don't produce steam.
I purchased two and was sent two under warranty.
All four are broken.
These machines don't work with tap water.
Has to be distilled water or demineralized.
They eventually stop working
£99 repair cost of a machine that £150 in sale is to expensive.
Brand new looking machines that end up in landfill.
Kalstop product suggested for cleaning boiler is a weak expensive useless product that does little.
Claiming to be environmental friendly but happy having machines sent to landfill
And boiler cap is cheap plastic useless item.
All four machines have broken caps trying to remove it for monthly kalstop clean which doesn't do much
Reply from polti Thanks for reply but it just same that was said In emails.
The machine is £150 in sale and £180 with several other sellers.
So £99 is to expensive more than half the cost of new.
And the offer of a reconditioned model for £100 is to expensive again more than half price of new.
And when I report them not working will udee warranty am sent new machine not offer of cheap repair and told to dispose off not told to recycle.
Wishful thinking it can be recycled.
One repair centre in whole of UK and it yourselves.
So it sell new machine not repair old due to high repair costs
As for asking me to take it to be recycled. I have checked with council and its mostly plastic not recyclable so guess were it goes

I have a Polti La Vaporella steam iron…
I have a Polti La Vaporella steam iron which I have had for a couple of years but steam started to come out the base unit which was quite scary. Polti has a very efficient system where they charge £90 to pick it up. From there they either repair the unit or offer a replacement or a discount on a new machine. I was blown away by their customer service. My machine could not be repaired so I took the replacement offer and within two days received my machine which looks excellent. They refunded £60 or the charge too. I can't praise them enough! They deserve five stars for their service. I love the iron too!!

Amazing customer service (particularly Olivia!)
I bought a Polti Vaporetto SV440 in July 2023. It has worked fantastically but recently, through the ordinary course of wear and tear, a couple of parts needed to be replaced.
The customer service team at Polti, and particularly Olivia, have been amazing. They looked into my enquiry quickly and, despite me being a couple of days outside of the warranty period, provided replacement parts for free!!
Overall, they have been incredibly friendly and very customer-focused, and turned this into a hassle-free, positive experience, which is really impressive.

Polti vaporella steam iron
Polti vaporella steam iron. Fantastic really impressed. Even used it to defrost my fridge freezer which is Samsung rubbish. I fill using britta jug so no scale as of yet. Only minor issue is if left on it does not switch itself off. Highly recommended brilliant powerfull steam iron.

I have got a polti iron just over a year old. It is a great iron and it does what it says on the box. However if you intend to buy consider where you will get the asssories from. I have waited nearly 2 months from. main supplier for the filter for my iron still no joy. I have had to go out to buy another iron while I am waiting. Tried Amazon this filter will take 7 months to arrive.

FIVE STARS ISN’T ENOUGH !!!!!!
My own personal experience with POLTI couldn’t be better my machine stopped working as it should and POLTI went above and beyond to help me get my machine back up and running again as quickly as possible. My point of contact was with a lady named Olivia and she bent over backwards to help me. I do have certain other vacuums ( DYSON ) who shafted me every chance they got which is why I switched to POLTI as I already have a steamer with them, and I really couldn’t recommend POLTI enough they are fantastic and treated me with total respect.

Great iron but can't be used; no anti-limescale cartridges available
I love my Vaporella Instant iron, which I've had since September 2024, but the anti-limescale cartridge needs replacing and everywhere is sold out. I contacted Polti and was told some were due in 'next week', that was two weeks ago! It's really not on to spend £130 on an iron that you can't use for weeks because of an essential cartridge being unavailable.
Polti could at least put an update on its website. This is ridiculous.

Polite steam iron
We have a polti steam iron it's been ok for about 3 years then suddenly it has started coughing out brown like rusty coloured water just when you are ironing nice white sheets we have used the correct anti scaling fluid through it's life but this is so frustrating on nice clean washing and this is happening

Design fault withPolti Forzaspira Slim SR110
We have a Polti Forzaspira Slim SR110, we have been reasonably happy with the product, but trying to get a replacement LED motorised brush head is a nightmare, there is obviously a design fault with this item, no one has this in stock, item code M0006803, this is the third head we have ordered in 4 years, I have tried several times to contact the UK service, but still no call back, it states the office is open 9-5 mon-Fri, called numerous times again this morning, only voicemail. I don't think we have much choice but to dump the Polti we have, and buy a brand name such as VAX, very disappointed. The problem is the hose within the brush head splits, eliminating any suction, this would be a very low cost part to replace, but instead you have to purchase a complete head which is ridiculous, no one has stock.. Polti needs to get there act together..

Polti Slim broke after 3 years light use
My Polti forzaspira 110 Slim Blue is not quite 4 years old. It's a second cleaner so it's not been abused. The battery has lasted well but I've since found replacements cost about £90. Using the cleaner yesterday the main clip snapped on the bin, stopping the cleaner from working as its come apart. Holding it together now with duct tape isn't a good look but it will do till it gives up altogether. Replacement bins are available on ebay but at £30 it's not worth it. I can't expect an item to live forever but I don't consider 3 years that durable. Disappointed, as from a performance perspective it does clean really well (especially car seats) but it seems it's built to just become more landfill. ***Update*** thanks for your reply. As mentioned in my email ebay sell bins for £30.00. ESpares are selling the battery for £90 and as for a battery being £70 from Polti that's still expensive. The sum of the replacement parts would be more than I can get a new (basic) cleaner for (circa £50).

Bought the steam cleaner all looked…
Bought the steam cleaner all looked good. Only on its 2nd use no steam. Been offered a refund last month and told to recycle it. They told me the refund is put in place . Pay pal have assured me it’s not in place even though they confirmed it was. Emailed this company and tv Chanel. Left running round in circles. Called pay pal twice thankfully they have now told me to take it to Action Fraud.

Polti forzaspira vacuum spares not available
The floorhead on my Polti forzaspira 110 slim green failed 3 months ago,I have phoned several times and been told by a very pleasant lady that there were no stocks of this item available,I have obviously not been able to use the vacuum since then,I have tried other spares companies and they also have no stocks of this item,when will it be available???or is it a rouse to get me to buy a new vacuum!A very annoyed Polti customer!
