The team at Shrewsbury are amazing! Due to unforeseen circumstances my partner and I were unable to go on our holiday at very short notice! The team worked so hard to sort everything they could for us and did, making a very stressful situation a lot easier.

Izzy was so helpful at the Leek office finding us just what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so friendly, made the whole experience stress free.

Jess from Shrewsbury branch - fantastic . Professional and personable - nothing too much trouble . Really listened to what we wanted and we are pretty picky !!!!! Just seemed to “ get “ it straight away . We have travelled a lot and often travel agents don’t really take on board all the detail of what we would like . Jess paid attention to detail and was happy to address any questions . Nothing was too much trouble . Without a doubt - would turn to Jess for help again in the future .

We walked into Polkadot Travel Stafford with a simple ask – “we want to go anywhere on these dates” (which were only 24 hours away!). Britney was absolutely awesome. She listened carefully to what we were after and quickly found us an epic deal.

Even when my husband had a wobble about leaving our business for 7 days, and with my son’s rehearsal commitments to work around, Britney didn’t miss a beat. She went on to find us a second epic deal that ticked every box and still felt like a treat.

What really impressed us was how much she cared about the details. We only mentioned in passing that we’d thought about going back to Greece in January, but Britney was determined to make it happen now for the sake of our 12-year-old – and she pulled it off brilliantly! The hotel was fab, the location perfect, and we had an amazing time.

The only (minor) downside – which isn’t a reflection on Polkadot Travel or Britney at all – was that we couldn’t use the Jet2 app for extras like excursions as everything was locked down to “refer to your agent.” But honestly, Britney’s customer service more than made up for that.

We’ll 100% be back to book our next trip with her. Service like this is very rare these days – thank you, Britney!

My daughter and I visited the Shrewsbury branch and was greeted by Alex. We discussed a holiday to Thsiland - Phuket anf Krabi. I mentioned I had seen an offer which despite a thorough search by Alex may have gone. Undeterred Alex put together a tailor made package and gave wonderful advice on the above places from her own experience.

Several changes have been made to flight times, hotels, holiday dates, all changes have been emailed promptly thr same day of day after.
Alex has done all our changes with efficiency and professionslism and a great deal of patience .
I have also spoken with other staff members, Maddie , Olivia, Sarah when Alex has been otherwise engaged. All my calls have been returned back in the same professional manner.

Thsnk you all at Polka Dot Travel but my.main thanks are to Alex for the super work she has done and to Sarah for her teamwork with.Alex when completing the booking , explaing clearly the procedures in what will happen and when.

We will recommend you to anyone who wishes to book a holiday with efficency

The staffs are very friendly, efficient and the price of the trip is reasonable.

Very easy process of booking a holiday, Maddie and team very helpful and quick to respond to my endless questions.

Great deals and great correspondence! I saw a Facebook post regarding a break in Santorini and commented asking which hotel. Within a couple of minutes the name of the hotel, dates, times of flights were messaged to me. I then replied back after about 20 mins asking if I could book. The whole process was fast and efficient, Amy from the call centre was on the ball, and booked the holiday for us, sending over the payment link for the deposit. What a fabulous fast as easy way to book a holiday! Thank you!

Very nice staff, unfortunately missed the brief, we asked for a hotel that wasn't full of families with children, we got a hotel full of families! hotel wasn't very good,food was even worse , Very noisy till all hours, spoilt our holiday,

Spotted the holiday that I was interested in online with major holiday makers, messaged Polka Dot Travel in Longton (Stoke-on-Trent) via Facebook Messenger asking if they could better the deals seen online, messaged me back immediately with a very competitive deal, and booked the holiday the next working day. Spoke to Erin on the phone to confirm the booking details and pay the deposit (role on 12 months!!). Couldn't be happier with the first class service and really glad to have booked through Polka Dot Travel. Used Polka Dot following a glowing reference from a colleague.
