Order #7882, This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. I placed my order on June 11th, and as of today, I still have not received it. I also have not received my refund, which I requested on August 8th. This has been extremely frustrating, and I would like my refund processed immediately. If i could give this place a minus Zero Stars i would.

If there was a zero star, I would have clicked it.I ordered a jersey in June and was mistakenly charged for two. They called it a mystery jersey, which is a big scam. After contacting the company, I received only a partial refund, but the jersey I actually ordered was never delivered. After multiple emails and 3 months of waiting, their only response was to tell me to request a refund through my bank. I received nothing, yet they kept my money. Their customer service has been terrible, and at this point, I’m seriously questioning whether this is even a legitimate company.

Total Fraud. Don’t waste your money on them. You will never receive your product or money back.

Pokas store... a SCAM?

This is a website selling soccer jerseys. They advertise pro version and Fan versions of National teams and Many leagues. They also have very affordable prices.
But the Truth!? Can yoi trust them? Can you safely order from them?

The short answer is NO! This is a typical China ordering website. They have poor customer service. They do not reply in a timely manner. They dont have the products they claim they do. I placed 2 orders. I was contacted that the first order I needed to pick a different Jersey because they didn't have it in stock. I placed a second order and again they told me 1 of the jerseys in that order was iut of stock.

Now let's get to the super long time they take, to only delay your order even longer... .I placed an order, and after 20 days I did not receive notification of shipping and not even a completion email.

So I reached out to them. They gave my the typical "Sorry, there was a screw up in shipping and your order will go out soon".

So again I waited and asked to confirm with a tracking number.

They did not give me one. So 1 week later I demanded a full refund. They then gave me a tracking number and said the shipment was on its way. This was a lie.

The tracking number was started yet no product ever was shipped and no jerseys were even produced.

So my second order they swear it will be shipped. So here I am waiting. I have not received a single Jersey.

The first order they finally replied with another apology and said I would receive a full refund in 2-10 days.

So far, no refund on my first order. Second order the tracking number does say its valid but not shipped yet.

Anyhow, I will follow up and let you know if I receive the refund and on second order if they even ship anything to me.

My advice. Go to different company. I started using netmantosfc.com and boy what a difference. They sent me a photo of my completed jersey with a link to track it, as well as a tracking number I can follow.
I received my first 3 jerseys from them in 18 days flat and Amazing real Players styled jerseys arrived.

Anyhow, you can take the risk of ordering with pokasstore-us.com at your own risk. For me its been drama, wasted time and unnecessary headache.

Its so far a disappointing waste of my time and money. I have not received a single Jersey. I have not received my refund. I am waiting for the mandatory wait time of 3-4 weeks for my second order to either procees and ship or I have to file anothrr refund.
...or hopefully received my jerseys by then.

Netmantosfc is also a Chinese webstore but they have it down to a level of service that is better than Nike or Adidas when it comes to jersey ordering. They keep you informed through the whole process.
